The question is if the chemicals in Ripped Fuel acts in the same way as it does in traditional Anabolic steroids, does that in fact make it a steroid? So I think at this time it would be fairer to say that Jones was using a banned substance rather than a steroid. It may be splitting hairs, but I think that is the fairest thing to say. Yeah it sounds to me like the IBF considered alot of banned substances as anabolic steroids. One interesting question is this, if Roy was using the BALCO stuff and getting away with it for years, why would he decide to take a regular steroid and risk getting caught?

Now, unlike Mosely who was asked to testify before congress there has not been any official verification of this so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. But I will say the fact he has used steroids does not help to refute that he was in fact a client.
