Why is Floyd so terrified of fighting in England?

Mayweathers always dictated the terms of where he'll fight so hes not gonna be any different against Hatton. I'm not saying its right of Mayweather to do this but its a fact.

If the money is better in the UK a fight there should be considered, Hatton has fought his last three in the US, has Floyd ever boxed outside of the US? Its a world sport and a true champion should be able to fight anywhere in the world.
