Jesus, that's 6 against 1, what chance has Floyd got?
Now give Floyd Hatton/Urango/Malignaggi/Collazo/ and Ndou, and that makes it 6 vs 6= much better dhance for Floyd now.
He would have beating a prime DLH, Duran, and Tszyu.
A prime SSM, Pryor, and Taylor might have beatin him. Of those 3...Pryor would have beaten PBF hands down. 15 rounds w/the Hawk...your kidding me right?
I think pryor would make floyd look real bad. Duran beats him up. Floyd would beat oscar and the rest as much as it pains me to see. Of all people the hawk makes him look bad. I also think sweet pea beats floyd as well.
its tough to say actualy they'd all be close fights but i dont see Mayweather getting by Duran or Pryor these men were machines they could cut off the ring and they could really bang.
this is what I see for most of teh matchups, except of the Duran one, on which I might change my mind again (I been going back and forth on that one for a long time).
Who would make the most entertaining fight? i think Pryor
I would have to go with the straight forward Duran or non stop puncher Pryor...I dont think these two guys would give him a seconds rest..But he will definitely beat them both..
I think Mayweather would out box Mosley and De La hoya to Ud.
Kosta Tsyu would be a very tough fight for Floyd, and I think Floyd would win by Sd.
The Taylor that fought Chavez in their classic fight would imo beat Floyd by a Ud.
I think Aaron Pryor would put up a great fight with Mayweather, he was a machine, and he would walk right through floyds punches. I'd predict an extremly close fight, sd for either fighter would be a reasonable prediciton.
Duran would beat the shit out of mayweather at lightweight, 5-8 round knockout.

At 135, Duran would put a lot of pressure on Mayweather and that chin-tuck defense would be disastrous. If Mayweather got smart and moved, he'd give Duran problems. If not, he's screwed.
Aaron Pryor? Pryor TKO11
Shane is quick, fast, and strong. But there's nothing slick about him. He tips off a lot of his moves and doesn't have head movement. Mayweather MD12
Oscar? Hmm, well Oscar would be tough because he's fundamentally correct. The only reason why Mayweather dominates guys like Gatti and Baldomir is because they didn't pay attention to fundamentals enough. Oscar will always give Floyd problems, but I just can't imagine DLH fighting for 12 rounds. Maybe he eeks one out, who knows.
Jermain Taylor? That's not a real fight.
No matter what Kostya Tszyu thinks he is, he's a European fighter. He's slow, predictable, and would be fodder for Mayweather's style. When you're always flat-footed, you'll never catch a Floyd Mayweather.
i see the hawk beating floyd because
he was fast threw non stop
can fight for 15 rounds and can
take a punch. i think he would be all on floyd.
and unless floyd could handle that
and still be effective i can see him losing a decision
I'll give that he probably couldn't have made it to 147
which makes me think what a GREAT fight would be Mayweather-Arguello at 130. I was discussing that one and other 130 matchups with oldgringo a few weeks ago
He beats them all...By UD may I add..
this is what I see for most of teh matchups, except of the Duran one, on which I might change my mind again (I been going back and forth on that one for a long time).

arguello was even smaller (in terms of frame, not height of course) than floyd is,
he was skilled but he was not a technique first fighter (like floyd) who could carry his style as well at 147, while starting from 126.
also remember el flaco made 126 on the day of the fight, so he was even smaller than the 126ers of this era
Arguello was a great fighter, I just dont think he could make it to 47
I'll give that he probably couldn't have made it to 147
Thats the same shit many of you said about PBF against Oscar. The fight wasn't close for real so I ain't trying to hear that shit.

arguello was way too small for Oscar
pryor maybe but he never had a single fight at 147.

floyd would beat taylor, destroy tszyu, loses a 116-112 decision to DLH, loses a wide decision vs shane, loses by late KO to hawk, gets dominated by Duran
