With the biuld up of the show this could easily benn PPV. To ^ , i cared who won. So did everybody else i watched it with. Penn is a asshole. And Frank Shamrock did get over a million b/c he is the face/ champ of the XC. And for my money the most underrated MMA fighter of all time.

The Ultimate Fighter is a reality show. Fans of the show tuned in. Not one UFC fan that I know (and I know a lot) was actually bothered who won TUF.)

Was there really any doubt? Penn is probably the most skilled overall fighter of this generation. He's about to be a household name throughout the country if he stays at LW. But before I get flamed. I did watch Hatton live and Tivo'd TUF 5. PS - TUF 5 was much more entertaining.

CONTENDER season 1 finale had 6 million viewers. -HBO is a subscribtion network. When DLH-MAYWEATHER 24/7 got a 1.4 rating, it was an amazing success. -Can u really blame anybody for deciding NOT to tune in for this one, considering each fighters miserable last performance? -It seems Hattons US invasion fell completely flat... and its nobodies fault but his own really.

Keep in mind this is a "SPIKE TV RELEASE"................ Not to mention HBO is a premium service while Spike comes with standard expanded cable. Big difference...Doesnt mean jack shit. Daytime Soaps draws more ratings than boxing but the proof is in the pudding and boxing cards make buckets of cash...Not to mention HBO brings is well over 200 million a month in subcribers.
