These are all possible fights with Mayweather having a good chance of winning and signing before he is too old.
Paul Williams
Ricky Hatton
Antonio Margarito
Miguel Cotto
Shane Mosley
ODLH(again)-I know it seems repetitious, but he would be more or less erasing one of his only questionable SD's just like he did vs JLC
+ 3-8 Decent/up-and-comers like Malinaggi, Cintron to break Marciano's record or at least come close enough for gov't work(just an added bonus).
We are talking, at 2.5 fights a year, around 5-6 years to complete the high-end of this list. As long as Floyd fights the big guns early(till about 33) then fights the bums/mandatories/whatevers till age 36-37 he could do this unscathed.
If he does, he would I think be the greatest pound for pound fighter of all time as seen by our generation. Even if he skips the record padding fights(it doesnt have to be TOO obvious), he's in the running with the top tier of all time and arguably the best.

Has beens and hatton lost to collazo. . Ducked margarito. Floyd is around 32 pre cheat. Now that its been discovered he cheated since jmm fight. Id say he is 65
I would be surprised if he will have the balls to step in the ring with mosley. Instead of make bogus excuses and fight guys like carlos baldomir...

Wonder what BmoreBrawler thinks now that its all over?
it is not happening
put in
winky wright
corey spinks
jermain taylor
maybe
but u know mayweathers m.o.... money.... shit he probably thinks he is the best all time p4p
with regards to the fighting out of country thing, I dont think it needs to be that big a deal, but not fighting Hatton out of country and maybe KO'ing some german bums to pad the record doesnt seem too out of the way in my book.
Assuming he is not scared of any on the list, it is a highly possible list to do or try to do and I cant think of many good excuses to claim to be the greatest and not fight at least those 6, and maybe BE the greatest if he gets to 54-0.
But yeah, I mean with SRR it is not possible to do what he did in this day and age, but considering the limitations of our generation and the fact that Floyd would be cleaning out 140-147 to the best of his ability should he take those fights, you can make an argument for that whether the era is viewed as weak or not.
PBF cant think along the lines of his next fight being his last all the time. Its easy to get yourself up and in shape for your last ever fight. Guys like SRR were thinking along the lines of who is the next opponent i need to despatch of?
ANd pbf has only had 38 fights. Not even as much as Hatton! PBF if he can beat Hatton needs guys like Cotto and Mosely. Mosely because PBF needs to beat the man who beat the man. Moselys beaten DLH twice.
ONly then can we talk about PBF being ATG along the SRL and Ali and SRRs of this world.

I still couldnt rate him higher then Sugar Ray Robinson!!!

Your a dreamer!!! He didnt dodge shane and he isnt scared of him!!!
the thing is if he decided he wanted all those fights, those guys would form a queue...i just hope he values his legacy more than oscene amounts of money, i remember him saying he has more money than he could ever spend, yet money is the issue with the mosley fight...
i wouldnt bet much on any of those guys beating him
Yea so Ali deceided to go fight in the middle of a fucking african jungle for money....you do know the boxing title yea "World Champion".
he fought in african against foreman who wasnt
an african and was fighting over there was part of the
event. now unless you talking about
another fight in african im sorry but yeah
he fought there for money. it was the
highest paid fight at the time. im pretty sure if don king
wanted them to fight on the moon at the right price
they would
He will become one of the greatest, but he needs to fight outside the U.S to do that like the old guys did like Ali, Robinson and take up every challenge going. The fighters were crazy back in the day i mean Robinson had 3 fights in one month, 2 vs Lamotta. You won't see that again.
ooh shut up.
its not enough right
to beat those guys but
he has to fight outside the
country.
those guys fought outside the
coutnry for money. not because they
wanted the best.
floyd is already top 20 of all time
if he fights 2 more top guys
and retire id put him top 10
and if he fights 5 more times
and stays undefeated he becomes top
5(depending on who he fights.
he can be the best if he fights a few
mroe times and lets say beats jermain taylor
I would be surprised if he will have the balls to step in the ring with mosley. Instead of make bogus excuses and fight guys like carlos baldomir...
oh shut the hell up
mosley was about to fight baldi last year
what bout oscar fighting mayaorga
n vargas. baldi was the fuckign welter champion
not no mandatory

Shit if he does all that, I'll airbrush his name on my van.
he should beat vargas for laughs knock him out.....
Vargas would be a good "record padding" one. I was thinking TITO too, hell, all the old DLH nemesis.
