Beat Lovemore Ndou, who was ranked 4th by Ring Magazine.
I think he's better then Lazcano and Harris. Idk who Kotelnik and M'Baye are, and since i havent im assuming Malignaggi is better then them.
And i think Malignaggi could Beat Hatton and Ngoudjo soundly since styles makes fights, and im a fan of both guys, especially hatton
thoughs?
With one hand tied behind his back, LOL. The only thing about Malignaggi is his punching power, or lack there of. Could he keep Hatton off him? I used to not like the kid, but what he showed me in the Cotto fight, I give Malignaggi a lot of respect. Took a beating from Cotto, but was standing when the decision was announced. I think Malignaggi could give the winner of Hatton vs. Castillo a hell of a fight. Both those guys are pressure fighters, but if Malignaggi can go 12 with Cotto, I think he could stand up to either of those guys. Oh, and by the way, congrats to Cotto fans. I'm a week and a day late, but work has been a muthaphucka. One fight I'm glad I didn't bet on...:tapedshut
I've actually said it many times, but I'll repeat myself just this once:
Paulie is the best 140-pounder out there right now. I believe he beats everyone at 140, including Hatton. Castillo would be his toughest fight, IMHO, but I think Paulie knows how to stay away just enough to win a close decision.
Paulie doesn't run away, he circles you. He stays at a distance where he can punch but you have to reach in and pay for doing so. Paulie won 5 rounds on my card against Cotto, a very hard thing to do, so I think he could easily win 6-7 against anyone else.
I haven't seen Paulie's fight from last night but I have seen him fight before and I can't see him beating Hatton. The way to beat a boxer is to out-throw them, to smother them with harder shots and just take their counters.
I like Mali against a lot of the top ten but I'm not sold on him beating Hatton or Castillo. The exp would play a major factor. I think he needs one or two more fights with ranked contenders before he makes that step. He fought Cotto too soon and we saw what happened. I truely believe that if he would have waited instead of taking that big pay day (I don't blame him) he would have beaten Cotto. When this guy becomes a seasoned vet, their is no doubt in my mind that he'll be in the PFP top 10

I didn't get a chance to see Malignaggi's performance tonight. But from what I have seen, he has a huge heart, and fast hands. I think that Paulie would have a REAL tough time against Hatton though. Lets see if Hatton can get by Castillo.:boxing:
I dont see a lot of guys giving him problems. Ive never seen Witter so I dont know about him, but he would make Torres look silly and beat Ngoudju as well.
Hatton's a different story. He will cut off the ring and pressure him just like Cotto did.
I think Malignaggi learnt alot in the fight with Cotto and wont make the same mistakes against Hatton!!! In no way is Hatton an easy beat!!! But i have always thought that Hatton would straggle against the slicker fleet footed boxer like Floyd, Zab, Witter, Corley, Mitchell and spinks!!!
I think he will have alot of trouble with Witter!!! Who has the speed to match Malignaggi!!!

agree? I still need to see more of Hatton..most people in the U.S. (including myself) haven't really seen him fight much, if at all. Really impressed by Malignaggi 2nite though. We know he has heart too because he kept fighting against Cotto with all that shit done to his face.
