Dirrell is a Coward and Lennox Lewis is an Idiot

I heard it was a snoozer, but at the end of the day its about winning the fight.. Good for dirrell, stevens is a trash talkin chump..

he can win a 100 fights without a loss, but with that style aint nobody is going to pay to watch him fight and none of the networks will have him on. like leaderman said he isnt giving the fans anything for what they paid for. his fight style, even me being someone who appreciates defense and good ring generalship, i thought it was a terrible fight to watch. dirrell's fight style = career suicide.........................as far as appeal is concerned. I like defense and good footwork as well, but Dirrell was runnig way to much and was keeping a huge distance away from Stevens the whole fight. It looked like he was doing laps around the whole ring and then I think it was in like the 9th round he threw like 3 bolo punches to end the round. Even though it was kind of funny it was disrespectful at the same time. To be honest I wouldn't mind if I didn't see Dirrell on Tv every again. You would think in a fight on HBO he would try to put on somewhat of a crowd pleasing performance so people would go to see him fight and so the networks would like to put him on there air, but now I wouldn't doubt if the networks said hell no he isn't fighting on our air.

Dirrell outboxed his opponent, he only ran in the 9th round. This is boxing not a street fight, and he did a good job using his height and reach. He kept stephens on the end of his punches the whole fight.Stephens did horrble job cutting off the ring, he played right into Dirrells fight and just followed him. that was RUNNING. what paulie malignaggi did in the fight afterwards was boxing. if you didnt see the difference or if you didnt seet that fight, then shut up.

Did I actually hear that he only ran in the 9th? what are you an idiot, he was running all fight, throwing his hands up in the air leaving him open to body shots, That fight was almost as bad as Mayweather v DLH

im real disappointed in andre dirrell tonight..i no he is waaaay better then he fought tonight..the dirrell brothers and andre berto r my favorite upcoming prospects

For what it is worth, though...Dirrell landed MANY more punches in the fight, landed the better shots, landed a lot of good jabs, etc. He moved a lot, sure he did, but if Stevens couldnt do anything about then thats Stevens fault. Run or not, Dirrell had the more effective offense and thats why he won

I was on the phone during the fight. So I don't know. I thought Stevens was winning lmao. I just heard boos and Dirrell was running from one side of the ring to another NOT THROWING.

I like him, hes got big talent. I dont like how he leaves himself open during lateral movement though. Body was there all night for his opponent. How come homies corner didnt tell him to cut off the ring? I think Dirrell needs to go down a class maybye. Not sure bout his chins.

Dirrell has heavy hands, but he never uses them, hes worse at running than Floyd is , Floyd at least semi blocks himself when running

Direll did not impress. 6'2, huge reach advantage and all he can do is run...makes no sense. He is young so he can improve. He in no way ever had his opponeent hurt.

i think anthony dirrell is better..he has the same skill along with the punchers style
