Cotto-Judah Was Good, But Pavlik-Miranda is FOTY

Pavlik-Miranda was great...for a couple of rounds. Then it was a only a matter of time until Kelly ended it. The drama was gone.

i do agree that judah-cotto is a FOTY candidate. it was very exciting. packed house, 2 knockdowns, scandalous low blows, lots of blood, both fighters stunned, back and forth nonstop action, and an exciting knockout. it was a very good fight. but i honestly dont think it was better than pavlik-miranda. that fight was a tough, grueling, action packed, slugfest with brutal power shots, serious knockdowns and a brutal knockout. they were both good fights, but i think pavlik-miranda was better. I completely agree.

Vazquez-Marquez 2.....

Ive said it before and Ill say it again. "It doesnt matter" because there is only 1 FOTY and I have already guaranteed what it is. The Margarito-Williams fight will win it no matter how long it last I agree. Both fights were great fights i loved 'em. But they were a little onsided dont ya think? lol Ill watch both another dozen times before the end of the year though, thats for sure. FOTY '07 hasnt happened yet though, but im sure itll involve Cotto or Pavlik, or like DLT said, WILLIAMS-MARGARITO is unbelievably promising

i think mormeck - bell is for the time being the foty. people are also forgetting marquez - barrera and marquez vasquez. both were very good fights

Greatest fight I've seen since Corrales v.s. Castillo I and easily. Only seen it the 1 time but it was a FIGHT!!!! :boxing: Corrales vs Castillo on the other hand ive seen at least 25times! Best fight ive ever seen and ive seen nearly all the old classics! R.I.P Chico

All 3 fights are candidates. Other possible candidates for FOTY will be: Williams vs Margarito Castillo vs Hatton Williams/Margarito vs Cotto Which would probably happen in '07.

There is no way Miranda-Pavlik was better than Cotto Vs Judah. Cvs J lasted longer and there was non stop action and drama. I still haven't seen a fight of the year fight. The year is not over though

The last four rounds ruined it,Mormeck ran,a fight has to be action packed until the open bell to the end,Mormeck-Bell didnt Its between Cotto-Judah Pavlik-Miranda,i think Cotto-Judah was more action because it lasted longer,it was so bloody and brutal,but nothing beats the first round of Pavlik-Miranda

Probably true. I enjoyed it better coz Cotto is my favourite fighter and i like Zab too, so the fight ment more to me but id have to agree on sheer fighting the Pavlik fight was better
