Shannon Briggs Vs Evander Holyfield

holyfield isnt THAT far gone.

I'd pick Evander because at least he still has a love for the sport, even though I think he should retire, but at least win he fights he puts out a good effort. Briggs seems lackadasical and is in boxing just for the paycheck anymore.

beez721, we aren't on Evanders nuts. It's just that Briggs is a joke. I remember hearing about him around late 95 at the Kronk like he was the shit. Next Bowe/Tyson, then Darrell Wilson(sp?) KO'd him and he was exposed. Holy wins this by 5th round TKO I agree that briggs is a joke but he's still head and shoulders above jeremy bates and maddalone. those guys have zero ability. I think holy could possibly win a decision over briggs becuase his work rate and stamina is so pathetic but he sure as hells doesnt have enough left to knock him out. he's 44 and a total shell of himself
