That article was alot better than many ive read.
At least it was positive, saying there are mega fights out there and boxing should try and cash in on them. Those 4 fights would be big ones, and thats what the author was trying to get across.
I totally agree Kellerman is a breath of fresh air. Too bad he has a terrible voice, because he is twice the announcer than anyone on HBO besides a younger Merchant. I could listen to Kellerman as a lone announcer like Don Dunphy or Bob Sheridan.
I agree with both of you. I been a fan of Max for a LOOOONG time. He gets a bit too excited at tmes, but that just shows his enthusiasm and love for the sport, and I dont find anything wrong with that. The sport lacks people who show their passion for boxing and it's history. Max does that for it.
I don't care what anyone says, Max Kellerman is the best young announcer in the biz. He says it like it is and actually has the balls to make predictions and stand by them. Most guys in the biz won't fess up when they are worng or just wont make a decision one way or the other. Max is the man.........

non of you guys read the article...i dont see anyting wrong he was just giving his opinion and on the dream fights he would like to happen.
i didnt notice a problem either... Where could he go wrong? he was just saying what fights he wanted to see...
i didnt read it in full but there CANT really be a problem...
I saw Joe Calzaghe being interviewed on ESPN by some guy that doesn't know shit about boxing.
He fucking asked Joe if he and Floyd Mayweather would fight.
Joe was cool about it and said "I don't think he could quite get up to my weight."
You have to realize, half theese sports announcers don't know what there talking about. As long as they sound like they know what they're talking about, nobody seems to notice
