Taylor might not be a very convincing world champ, but he is freaking HOT!!!! That is likely a good part of why he has become HBO's boxing man. And ummmm, I think that is all I am gonna say about Taylor for the next few weeks, lol.

Only descive win was against ouma, and even that fight ouma brought all the pressure.. the 1st hopkins fight most would say hopkins won. 2nd one was close, and the fight with winky, ofcourse winky won.. now a sd against a guy who started at 147?? Soooo many names out there would ruin Taylor, he is gona be the known somethin like lacy but worse.. yall will see. The boy will get exposed baddddd.. He dont wana step in with a puncher like pavlik and will avoid huim because there isnt great money there.. he will price himself out from calzaghe cuz the guy would smother him with an intense work rate.. And even Roy Jones would make Taylor look like a punk in there..

The reason there aren't as many Miranda hating threads is because atleast Miranda made a good fight. Jermain couldn't give a shit less wether or not he pleases fans, and he looked retarded in front of Cory to boot. As for the wrestling quote I think what he means is that anyone can be set-up to be middle weight champ if certain strings are pulled just like setting up a wrestling match. He may have the belts, but no one gives a shit.

The thing is. If he threw jab like 200 times a fight and some right hands behind it, he'd be very good, and that's not rocket science forumula. It's part of the humor of his fight with Spinks apart from the commentary and the fact that it's Cory Spinks. You just look at Taylor and are like what the dickens is he doing with a perplexed sounding english accent. Can somebody please give me a valid reason why you wouldn't do this.

Looking back the Ouma fight wasn't that bad. He landed a lot of shots early and after the lead was established he kind of slowed down. But the Spinks fight he had no energy/emotion Steward attempted to get it out of him but he didn't respond. He's going to have to pick up his intensity against Calzaghe and Pavlik. Earlier people were saying that he would kill Mayweather but I think this fight put all of those thoughts to rest.

This fight had high comedic value, terrible fight, but high comedic value.

Jermain Didn't Want to Look Bad Plain and simple. He knew what he needed to do. In the first rounds he saw how much faster Cory was than him. He didn't want to chase Cory all night and make himself look bad after all the criticisms from the Ouma fight. I don't think he's lost his skill. His confidence has taken a hit. His attitude was Cory has to really fight me to take my belts. Also he might feel the fans don't love his style or the way he fights, he will just mainly fight for the money.
