What do you think of Vanes Martirosyan??

hard to call at this point bro... Vanes and those 4 guys you have named are some of the TOP prospects in the world so cant take anything away from any of them. It is too early for any of them to fight one another anyway. Give it another 2 years and you will see some great contender matchups, especially between Vanes and Berto. out of all of those though, JCC Jr. has to be the weakest opposition for Vanes. I think he is more hype than anything else, I strongly believe if they fought right now, Vanes would knock him out. but Joel Julio and Carlos Quitant are good test but i think both could beat Vanes right now but i dont know about the future those propsect are very hard to say espically someone early in his career like Vanes

Let me give you a tip Vanes. Try opening a new sig when making threads about the Armenian boxers so you won't get flamed. :D There's a lot weirdoes here who judges the threadstarter instead of the thread. it doesnt bother me at all bro. If it wasn't for me bein so close with Vanes and being a big part of his team, id probably never even post here. I am here in most part to promote and talk about Vanes and other fighters who I have certain interest in. I can also bring alot of inside info that many have appreciated before... for instance, Vanes will be sparring Bernard Hopkins at the WildCard next week and ill see if i can put up some pics/vids on it. It did look like he went down from the rabbit punch.. If it would have been caused by the uppercut he would have staggered backwards or his head would have rocked back and fell on his ass.. but he fell forward and immediately grabbed the back of his neck/head. no bro, his corner was about the throw in the towel too, I was ring side. The guy came up to Vanes afterwards and said "nice uppercut" he had to show the back of his head so he didn't look bad. Watch it again, first of all, its not a clean rabbit punch, its very near the side of the head, and the guy is already goin down from the uppercut, thats why Vanes gets him on the side/rear of his head.

He's got the potential to be a world title holder at 154 and 160 in the future and at the least he should be able to win an alphabet belt. He needs to settle down and sit on his punches more. And maybe improve his defence too. His combos and hand speed are great though.
