Well do you? I say no. Oscar was competitive but he needs a little more speed to win the fight. Obviously at 34 the overall speed is slowing. But Oscar still has pretty solid handspeed.
Did this guy on ESPN just tell us that Floyd doesnt have the same kind of power as Tyson and other p4p fighters ?
UM no ....no he does not have the power of Mike Tyson .
I have agreed with this comment since before the Baldomir fight. I think Mosley would be Mayweather's hardest opponent.
I also saw on some commercial for that new show "Ballers", Shane talking about himself fighting mayweather.
No, but I do want to see a fight with Sugar Shane.

i enjoyed the fight
im not into rematches unless the
fight was a back n forth action packed
one. or the winner wasnt clear
i gave oscar at msot 3 rounds
theres no need for rematch
i liek to see fighters move on
and fight other guys and let the loser work
his way back up.
plus oscar dont deserve it
floyd been calling him out since 99
you are tight, oscar really lacked.

I thought DLH fought fairly well and was pretty determined. He threw more punches but couldn't connect enough. But it's not like Oscar embarrassed himself.
We all just watched the end of Oscar de la Hoya.
I dont think he will ever fight again.
I still think he will. He still can make millions. Even if he lost 25 times in a row. Everyone just loves the guy for some awful reason.
Not going to happen Oscar for some reason diddnt seem focused enough I mean he was smiling after the decision was announced he got like 25 million guarenteed he did it for the money preety much just like larry merchant said this not the typical rematch fight.

I would agree. I don't really want to see a rematch. I feel it would end up the same way. Floyd's quickness was too much for DLH and that's something he can't overcome at his age. The only way I would be intrigued by a rematch is if Floyd Sr. trained Oscar.
Nope... I never really thought much of the fight in the first place. The hype was all De La Hoya. Most people knew Mayweather was going to win and he would win again.
