I had Floyd winning 116-112
great fight IMO
Floyd landed the much better shots, outpunched him,Oscar punched alot in the holds, got the crowed crazy, but i dont think he did enuff to take the fight,i dont think it should have been a SD,it was a clear win for Mayweather IMO
The funny thing is,DLH the bigger man as every1 was saying, was the only fighter who got hurt,Floyd did not get rattled once, his defence works great for him,Oscar threw alot but he missed nearly all of them on Floyds rolling defence
I thought oscar won the fight. He landed more punches but he also missed more. Hw is clearly the more agressive fighter all night long and floyd was like ' is this all you can do?'" but not actually doing anything to show that he is the number 1 p4p in the world. All he did was wait for hoya to tire out. I scored the fight 115-113 and I thought that giampa should be stopped from judging a fight again. He is a disgrace to boxing.
Of course he was, sweetheart. You only need to look at Oscar's face to see that.
That would be sarcasm, BTW.
You see, Einstein, that's where the second word that I listed comes in.
Sarcasm
Mayweather didn't only hit gloves. He was strafing Oscar with his right-hand and left-hook all night long.
:owned:
straight hate. this is the worst post yet. stop talking shit as if floyd doesnt deserve credit because he fought a hit and move game plan. i forget who said it but it's called boxing not knockouts.
oscar got the weight he wanted got the gloves he wanted got the small ring he wanted and was in the self proclaimed shape of his life. floyd beat him 115-113
boxing is the way it is if you think they shouldnt be allowed to move or think create a new sport but it wont be called boxing.
this is nothing but truth.
i agree, great post.
STFU you little pussy.
There's only irony in your post if you agree that both Castillo and Floyd were hitting mainly gloves, which means you'll have to make the hardest decision of your sad little life - which of the 2 fights did Floyd lose?

not to take anything away for DLh but he stoped throwing his jab so he basicall F***ed himself but pbf is still the better fighter whom won the fightthis is because he was lost trust in his jab imo because he didn't want to get countered by floyd, but when oscar landed it, he clearly hit floyd with it, but he lost faith in it because floyd was dodging it a lot during the fight.
This is why all those stupid PBF fans shut up.
How can you give respect to a fighter who comes in knowing he is fighting an old guy, runs like a chicken and waits for the other guy to tire all the while throwing 1 punch then holding.
That's not greatness.
That's cowardice.
Basic common sense.
And these Floyd fans has the stupid balls to claim he is the greatest when he can't even win clearly against an old DLH. Lols. Pathetic.
P4p fake.

You're so adamant about the part where DLH blocked the shots with his gloves.
What did Floyd do? Did every punch hit his chin? I guess he's a Hagler type?
Get the fuck out of here. You're just one of those delusional posters that pop up after every major fight on these forums. Next.
You better hope I do not find the fight on the internet, because if I do I will shove it up your ass. Even then you'll disagree with me. Why? Pshh, I don't know. Is it because you're blind to the fact that DLH was beating Mayweather when he used his jab? I'll show you every time that DLH wanted to fight Mayweather just covered up. During certain times in the fight Mayweather even stood still, but when DLH was too tired to do anything Floyd knew it. Only then when he knew DLH was tired did he want to fight, that's where DLH started blocking.
This arguement is about DLH jabbing, so let's stick to it. Or else we'll be having some stupidass fight where it gets personal.
Floyd was standing there cause De La Hoya wasn't throwing LMAO, when DLH did he covered up. Only at the last 5 seconds of the fight did PBF start to really fight and when he was trying to trade at those last 5 seconds DLH got the best.

Honestly. Did you watch the fight? Did you see how Floyd was surprisingly standing in there?
Even the commentators made note of that.
I mean, for real. Did you watch it? Be honest; I won't clown you.

I'll also add that whoever says Floyd was "on his bike" is just wrong. He fought inside a lot, and probably won the fight by being better inside. Its also not out of line to say Oscar could have won had he jabbed more. He was extremely effective with his jab, and not effective meaning he was landing it. But it was setting him up great. Floyd kept leaning over with his shoulder.
Its all good though, I thought it was a good exciting fight, and both fighters fought well.
I dont know what fight you were watching, I saw Oscar chasing after Floyd all night and Floyd running away, the only thing Oscar failed to do is punch when he chased
So I should talk about what did happen? I'd do that but it gets pretty boring talking about how Floyd threw one punch at a time and then ran. People have seen it his whole career, it's nothing new. I'm just saying that if Oscar did a few things right he would've won. It's not like I'm saying that the fight shouldn't have been scored 116-112 for Mayweather. Fighters that jab and against Floyd usually give him problems. Oh and also fighters that put on pressure because he doesn't like to fight.

So what? He lost. Stop talking about what would have happened.

Do me a favor, learn the English language, then look up the definition of the following words:
Irony, Sarcasm
Then re-read my post, then read it again.

It was close, but impossible imo to have Oscar win. Whether they were pitty pat or not he was still throwing and landing. It doesnt matter where the punches land. So I gave Oscar the rounds by just being the agressor and active. And the rounds I gave him were pretty clear to him.
Either way I thought Floyd won, and Oscar fucked up by not jabbing more. A rematch isnt necessary. He probably lost 8-11 and that is really where he lost the fight because Floyd was taking him apart there.
Uhm, I did, and it showed Mayweather landing 57% of his power shots, compared to 21% by Oscar.
Like I said. Self ownage. I don't even think he watched the fight.
The fight could of went either way.BUT Floyd won period. Floyd is a great fighter but not the greatest period. I am proud of DLH at 34 what could you expect. He needed more jabs but he wanted the KO. Floyd never wanted the KO he was waiting for DLH to lose steam. I see a remach and Floyd Sr training Oscar for the dramma.
