this is a pic of him in his tuesday workout

he looks really bulked up... will it effect the speed???
he got the speed as well as the power.
There was a thread where they where talking how Floyd is a jackass for letting Kofi bleed and teasing him but this thing means the Floyd has more power even though Kofi is bleed easliy and okay chin.
anyway the way to fight an enemy is to do something unexpect DHL is excpecting speed too much and thinking how he could get to Mayweather but I dont think he is going to expect the power
Lacy is way more bulkier than Floyd. You can tell Jeff lifts heavy.
There's a science to gaining weight without sacrificing speed. And at 150lbs,
I'm confident Floyd will be in top form. :boxing:yes, when floyd works out, he doesn't hit the weights like lacy does. floyd uses smaller weights, just more reps. he also uses a medicine ball when he lifts. like his frined puts the medicine ball on floyd's hand while floyd is on his back and the friend pushes down on the medicine ball while floyd pushes up, and that's another way floyd puts on the bulk. i don't remember if floyd does pushups or not, but he probably does in some fashion. floyd has a lot of strength and muscle in his legs, so i'm sure he bulks up easily without sacrificing too much speed. floyd's smart, he knows how to put on the weight and muscle right, and his team knows how also. ellerbe is no dumby, he's know strength and weight conditioning well.
No comparison...
His arms are going to feel like sand bags by the late rounds.
He should ask Jeff Lacy what all those muscles are worth in a fight.

If its true that floyd weighed in today at 150 pounds, thats a very smart move, he looks very built for 150 also, bascially if this is true, hes coming into this with Welterweight speed lol.
Every time u go up in weight it doesnt slow u down. Look at bhop he looked great (its gaining weight smart). Im sorry but u dont throw 8000 punches in a session of training and at the speed Mayweather did and then get tired. Watch 24/7 yes its just training but Mayweather looks in peak form. As does DLH but thats a different matter. :ok:
good point. Hopkins looked exactly the same... he had the same speed but just more power....
hopefully it's the same for Mayweather
I think its funny how any other time a fighter gains weight it effects him but it wont this time because its Mayweather.. I guess Mayweather is an exception to Physics.

Toe to toe war. Benn's chin eventually lets him down.
Monzon TKO Benn 11.
Actually....I take that back.
Monzon had a durable chin, but no way in hell could it be as strong as McClellan's...no fucking way in hell.
Actually, it can hurt your flexibility as well, and frankly, I doubt that he was going light, since he bulked up so much. Light weight and many reps won't make you bigger.
On the other hand, I think Floyd got a great team of trainers and they kno what they doing.
Brooklyn, you see how that guy ain't answer my question.
it showed him working out with weights quite a bit in 24/7. This usually slows fighters down and decreases their flexibility, two assets he will need to count on tomorrow
please, light reps and a shitload of reps is different than heavy ass weightlifting
Floyd just added muscle so he could move up in weight. It'll slow him down a bit if anything and possibly make him more tired.

Oscar in his prime threw faster combos I think. Floyd doesnt waste punches though.oscar may have a little, but floyd was much more accurate with his punches and he did make them count more as far as his decisions went.
They do its common sence.. something you might lack. before he wasn't jumping weight classes he went from Light Weight to Light Welter and on to Welter.. Most fighters do that without a problem. A persons body has their limits and Floyd hadn't even settled in to Welter and now he jumps to 154??.. your telling me it wont effect him at ALL?.. you must be tripping.. But yeah Floyd's all mighty.. He defys the laws of physics
As long as you understand this.
lol.. maybe because he's kept his speed throughout all the weight classes he's went through.
Be serious when you talk. your statements have no foundation.:peeright:
