Whos Really Sellin This Fight.

I wouldnt think that anyone here is trying to say Floyd is the draw here, but just a big contribuiting factor to how big this fight has become. Thus what im saying DLH'S name is selling the fight But De La Hoya aint selling the fight, he makes zero effort with the media. Mayweather has hyped this fight and created the extra edge to it, Once again, on the forum like on all others, all people wanna talk about is Floyd Mayeather, Remove the floyd Mayweather threads from this forum, you'd have a meltdown. well i was replying to "who is selling this fight"... i think its a combination of de la hoyas reputation and mayweathers controversial remarks. i think some floyd fans think he's the draw when really he's not.

He is more of a "Look who Oscar is fighting" kinda deal. To us fans Floyd is big but to "casual fans" which means the majority of PPV purchases dont really know him yet. Maybe if he does what he promises, like stands toe to toe and wins by stoppage he will be a big draw,someday. DLH sells because he crosses over to white suburban America. He is a "friendly" and "non-threatening" mexican who also happens to be American. The female factor is overrated. Oscar is Disneyland. Disneyland is fucking fun though
