I mean I don't doubt Floyd can win but what makes you think he can Handle DLH so easily with his "boxing skill and speed" when he had hell especially in the first fight with Castillo.....who is smaller, not as skilled, has less power and is simply a lesser opponent than DLH........Granted Mayweather learned alot from those fights and gained more experience on the way but DLH was already a great fighter back then....and is not old now so to speak at least not in my eyes....anyway just wondering if anyone else thought about it through this perspective.
ok then lol
just when u hear "noob"
u think of a pudgy lil bastard
i call em "computer Thugs" ya mean:grouphug:

It's all good......
o yea and why did u call him a noob?

i bet u play halo 2 huh?
when u think ur king shit cause u can take 3 people on
wow a lil immature don't ya think:bryce:
He's old as fuck and it's just a little joke we have.......no biggie.
He said the same thing before the baldomir fight and he didn't do it. What makes you think he's gonna stand in with Oscar. Oscar is worlds better than baldy in every way.
He doesnt have to be, 154 is the limit, Floyd can come in under 154 if he choose,
Alhough it has been speculated that de la hoya has inserted a clause which states mayweather cant weight less than 152 or summin on fight night.
sorry i just have a hard time taking anyone serious that Lacy and Winky as their 2 top fighters
Bitch please.......your from fucking Fall River nuff said.I know the area you have to be a complete fucking shit bum.You could have posted a reason or a legit answer but you chose to attack shows the brains you carry around with you in your pants.
I remember Floyd saying he was going to stand and trade with Oscar. We'll see if he keeps true to his word.

Styles make fights, and Castillo was big for 135.
Floyd is bigger now and in fantastic shape, im not worried.
You8 say that Castillo was big, well do you not realize that Oscar is naturally bigger and that Floyd has a considerable size disadvantage. Floyd was small at 147. There both gonna be in fantastic shape. haven't you ever heard that a good big man will alwasy beat a good little man. If thats the theroy your going off.
Castillo and De La Hoya are two completely different fighters, style wise.
Castillo is far better at cutting off the ring than De La Hoya
Castillo is far better at inside fighting than De La Hoya
Castillo is far more physical, and imposes his size advantage far better than De La Hoya.
I don't know where you're getting this comparison from. Stylistically, two completely different fighters with different strengths.
I definitely see Oscar giving Floyd problems. Floyd couldn't knock Baldomir out so the worst that can happen to Oscar is that he can't land and is too slow that it ends up a repeat. I think thats why Oscar chose this fight. He knows Floyd can't hurt him because he saw what happened in the Baldomir fight and knows he is more skilled better fighter then Baldomir, Castillo, Judah etc. Floyd will give Oscar problems too.. But like I said I doubt he can hurt him. I don't doubt he can pull a UD but that wearing Oscar out and TKO by accumulation of shots.. Doubt it!
You have to take into account that Mayweather was hurt in the first fight. Then in the second fight, he gave Castillo a boxing lesson.
P.S. Please don't call me a Mayweather nuthugger. I am a fan of Mayweather and De La Hoya.
The second fight was 115-113 for Mayweather in my eyes as well as the judges. Hardly a boxing lesson, he learned to stay a way better.
Castillo has decent power at that weight.............he also is a pressure fighter where DLH isnt
...If Oscar throws caution to the wind and pressures Floyd then he has a great chance to win the fight by KO. It's not like Gatti/Castillo pressure where you have a less skilled guy with slower hands coming in. Oscar is much faster and much more skilled. If he comes after Floyd hard then I see him catching up to him with a well placed punch or two and putting Floyd into dangerous territory. Still, I don't really see Oscar doing that and I suspect a decision win for Prettygirl.
