I say about even,but Ray had a lot more pop in his punch. Especially at 147 in his prime.

Sugar Ray Leonard or Hector Camacho? Tough, tough call. Camacho once did what Leonard did....& that's not always be concerned with "spraying" guys with multi-punch combos, & making sure some of the shots pack some real power. Speed was equal, though used a little differently. But, Ray was obviously the superior fighter.
