show us that we enjoy blood more than boxing.
have you realized to the average fan Gatti is more of a lock into the HOF than Floyd??
i mean Floyd hasnt been figthing corpses but with the exeption of one or two fights he has never struggled. while Gatti struggled in many of his fights even if he managed to win.
like i said some people prefer to watch two sluggers with no skills rather then a skilled boxer
well that makes sense, if there only casual fans, who can blame them?
but that has nothing to do with who they think is a better fighter.
it's a sport not a movie
does it really show heart when a boxer lacks skill and lets his head get bashed over and over...wtf are we fucking cavemen?!!
I'm not trying to see Gatti get his ass beat over and over... I want to see the winners fight the winners or the best fight the best....not the losers. Stick and move, hit and don't get hit. Do yall watch other sports and expect teams to not play defense? Fighters use defensive and offensive skills to win- bottom line.
yeah...and then Floyd stopped him....
whats your point?
like i said some people prefer to watch two sluggers with no skills rather then a skilled boxer
i appreciate the ar of boxing. it's something i loved to do and did very well. floyd mayweather reminds me of me when i used to train and fight. i was a gym rat, and had great defense. i also showed up to all of my fights prepared and i fought smart. i don't fight anymore, personal reasons, but i still train some, and i still know how to box like an active fighter. it never lest me, and i'll make sure it won't, in case i get back in the ring someday. fi'm sure floyd will be this way when he retires, he'll always be dedicated to the sport, and he'll still train like an active fighter. this is why i choose to watch him over gatti anyday. add to that, i'm coherent, and have no physical injuries or internal injuries or parkisan's disease or any other setbacks, and floyd won't either because he fights smart rather than becoming a human punching bag like gatti. but don't get me wrong, gatti is a legend in the sport and i respect his legacy, because he gives blood thirst fans their money's worth and that's where it counts. however, will gatti be able to enjoy his life after boxing? i don't know, maybe, or maybe he'll be forever fucked up. hopefully not, but he's been in some brutal wars, and has taken a lot of punishment. i'm sure he's lost some brain cells.
Yeh i enjoy watching floyd fights to but that Gatti one is a bit of an
expection aint it?
Cuz its skills but plus a proper beating,
Now not all floyd fights are exciting like that are they?
I would rather watch Floyd then Gatti but i would rather watch
a brawl type fight then a chris bryd type fight

Thats not true.
The average boxing fan knows Floyd is at the top of the game and demolished gatti.
id rather watch floyd than gatti, and i do, i hav both mens full dvd's set which i made myself, and i watch floyd all the time and anytime the boys are in my house(ever friday and saturday lol) they always say, put on that guy thats still not been beat, and we always watch the gatti fight, i LOVE the skill and i like the brutal-ness of boxin as well but i pick skill over blood
I'd rather see skill. I rather watch a streetfight than a brawl between two boxers.
i think there is a limit... i wont watch Corey Spinks in my fucking life...
Oh without a doubt m8,,
I love watching the skills to pay the bills type fighters
but take this Mayweather/ODH matchup..
Now i would rather see both go toe to toe pure brutal exchanges
then some boring fight with skills..
To be honest i would rather see the blood and gut type fighters then the
Puglistic specialists...
so you would rather see.
