I don't think anyone is disputing that it wasn't legitimate knockdown.
I think we're just saying, he was off balance, and it wouldn't have mattered anyway.
He was hunched over, after missing with a right hand, his center of gravity was very spread out and awkward, and he got hit with a clean hook. He wasn't hurt, he just got caught out of position and sent him off balance.
OK, this should clear it up...
Floyd was never "dropped to the canvas" in any fight.
Yes, his glove did hit the canvas, which the ref didn't catch.
Yes, it should have been called a "knock down" and Floyd
should've been given an 8 count.
Yes, Judah was on his way out either by ko or stoppage.
Sorry, guys. Just calling it like I saw it. :boxing:
He didn't exactly graze it from what I remember. He hit it pretty hard, but I am not the type to hate on Floyd too much.
I've seen the fight recently as a matter of fact, he clearly touched the canvas on the replay, but he didn't really hit it, he didn't even it use it as leverage as if he had gone down, he had his feet under him the whole time, he was just in a bad possition
Floyd was knocked down and it should have counted as a knockdown.
Floyd nuthuggers.....please quit.
Could you have seen it without the replay? regardless like I said if it had been called the low blow would have canceled it out, Floyd wins regardless.
Haters......please quit.;)
Thank you
There's a big difference between hitting the canvas & barely grazzing it with your glove, Judah would have hit the canvas if he hadn't thrown that low blow.
They both cancel each other out anyways.
Thank You
I don't believe anyone will find a .gif of Floyd "dropped to the canvas" in that
fight, much less Floyd's family jewels from that flatout, blatant low blow. :boxing:

I'm convinced Floyd gets an easy walk most of the time from the refs, but this is only from the few fights I have seen. Not to bring up something gone for a while, I felt a double standard comparing Jones' DQ compared to when Mayweather hit N'dou when he was already down...

Your joking right? Did you even see where Judah made Floyd hit the canvas with his glove? That's a knockdown no matter what.

The only thing that dropped to the canvas was Floyds nutz from a Judah low blow. :nutkick:

I tried searching it for you, but I couldn't find it.
It was just a little right-hook that caught Floyd off balance after trying to jump in with a right hand.
