Don't know if JMM still has the reactions to pull it off the 2nd time, but he's still got better boxing skills than Pacquiao. Sure. Great Speed and power falls under boxing skills. What's the point in being a good boxer if you are slower and weaker than your opponent? Boxing skills isn't just counterpunching. Pacquiao is faster than a lot of boxers, he bobs and weaves, blocks, feints, counterpunches periodically, has great hand speed, does roadwork, works the heavybag, and spars intensely. I think he is a boxer as well as a superior fighter in his division.

All i know is without getting in your way guys is Marquez got dropped three times and came back to get a draw with a guy now thats what a call a Good fighter.. JMM would give Pac his toughest competition IMO and would solve for the moment who the best is in the Super Featherweight division is. JMM showed in their first fight the formula to beat Pac, but Pac has gotten better since then. I see JMM challenging Pac, but Pac's speed, power, heart and determination would prevail in the end. Either late round KO or close SD.
