Let's be real with ourselves, we cannot say for sure that Vitali can make it into or through an entire fight without injuring himself until we see it. Dude's body was giving out on him and that is why he retired in the first place. If he can't fight then the argument is a moot one. Secondly, we know for a fact that Wlad and Peter is a fight. Neither guy is a lock over the other and it is the best fight in the division at this point barring a unification. Finally, Wladimir, Peter, and Vitali (assuming he is healthy) are much better and will beat Oleg nine times out of ten. Probably ten times out of ten.

Peter-Maskaev is good. Vitali to face the winner. And Toney-Lyakhovich is being made as well. Wlad-Brewster. Some nice matches there in the HW.

The huge joke is that people actually think sam peters or oleg stand a chance against vitali. The Heavy-Weight division doesn't suck because of the klits brothers, it sucks because theres no real competition for the klits brothers. I rather see the klits brothers fight each other, but thats not going to happen. This is the part will some moron comes on this thread and says well oleg beat vitali in sparring, and they are just going off what oleg said. And sparrings completely different then actually fighting someone in the ring. Plus, theres no solid proof that oleg or vitali is telling the truth. Vitali says he lies, oleg says he lies. Either way the klits are giants and they know how to fight. I am a Klitschko fan also but you are just going overboard a bit and I will tell you why. Wladimir is the number one heavyweight at the present time but he is not the reall champion eventhough people say he is but hes not and he will be the one to tell you also, its very clear that he wants to unify its hard at the present time, he has the talent and skill to be the best. Vitali has been out for 2 years and with his body being so injury prone there is no gurantee that he will make a succesfull return, before he retired he was called the number one guy but when injury problems started and then he retired leave a big blank in the division and making a lot of people wonder of how things would have been if it didint happen like it did..

i think vitali, need too get a tune up fight then. he should not fight a dangerous man like peter for his comeback fight i thought i heard in an article (maybe on this site) that Vitaly was expected to fight a tune-up this summer, though i assume its basically speculation at this point.

I'm a Vitali fan but Peter earned the right to fight Maskaev by beating Toney in two eliminators and paying all those sanctioning fees.Peter should not have been asked to step aside so a fighter after a two year retirement can the shot he earned no matter who the fighter is.

Or is the two of them being champ good enough for you? Another thing though peter is younger and thus he is more likely to be active than Vitaly, who's been very much plagued by injuries. and i dont think Vitaly is in it for the long haul either, i think he just wants to get the belt back and make some money.

this is good, peter will give big klit a tougher fight than maskaev can. although i'm not sure it';s wise to fight either of them without a tune up first
