Just wondering what the general feeling is on this guy.How good is he? I've not seen a great deal of him just afew bits posted on youtube.Of what i saw he looks like a good solid fighter with power,he picks his punches well and looks big at the weight.
Could Bute be a dangerous fight for Kessler or Calzaghe? And how would Froch do against him?
I follow Bute's career since his beginning, he's the number 3 on my super middleweight list, after Kessler and Calzaghe.
There is a rumor that Bute has a weak chin, he was knocked out cold in the amateurs.
Froch faced better opposition than him, but Bute was always perfect in all his fights, while Froch looked bad on a few occasions. Froch/Bute would be a good fight that could go either way:
Better hand speed : Bute
Power : Froch
Better combo : Bute
Best chin : Froch
Footwork : Bute
Better power punches : Froch
Better jab : Bute
But I don't think we will see it soon, both of them will have access to a title shot pretty soon and don't wanna risk it.
Bute is allready a far greater threat to the top guys than Froch - despite being 4-5 years younger.
What do you base this comment on??????????
Are you a sheep shagger??
Bute can go all the way. He's already a threat to both Calzaghe and Kessler. Perhaps no t a BIG threat yet. But he will be.

He is swerving Froch. And after Tatyvosyan he will be Shitting Himself.
Bute is quite good. I saw the fight against Tatevosyan and he had things his own way against a smaller guy though. He went 12 rounds. Froch has just stopped Tatevosyan in 2.
Bute is taking on Sakio Bika next I think and if he wins that, then he's in line for some kind of title fight I guess. Bika is a rough handful and durable, so Bute's in line to go rounds there again.
Bute's OK, but I ain't gonna go mad and say he's great yet.
he's flat footed though he punches well. he's not going to get very far. reminds me of a leonard dorin. calzaghe would eat him up. Joachim Alcine poses more a threat as would Jean Pascal later on.
