Both fighters fight wide open while throwing combos, Margarito is a slow starter unlike Paul, Margarito might have a bit of more power than Paul, Paul's definitely the harder worker, Paul's younger, I also see Margarito starting to show a bit of difficulty to make 147 unlike Paul. Paul's hungry, he's been away from home for 13 months to follow that strap, but still considering all the angles here, I gotta go with Tony based on experience, durability and determination. Wouldn't surprised me if Paul takes him out neither, but I'm picking Tony to beat Paul in a nasty, bloody scrap.:boxing: :boxing: :boxing:
Williams is just starting to really sit down on this punches. I expect to see a Williams with a little tighter defense and really rippen Margarito. I think Margarito will have his moments but in the end Williams size and workrate will be to much. Williams ko in 11

What do you guys think?
Anyone see any fear in Margarito's face in this pic? :boxing:
Margarito is strong, persistent, tough, and packs a good punch. He doesn't have enough versatility and speed to beat Paul Williams. Paul is too long and will frustrate Margarito.
I think Margarito is the more skilled fighter but I don't like this fight with Williams. Williams is so long, he's one punch away from beating Margarito, big risk for Margarito.
because he is still not a superstar fighter and in boxing it a bit weak sport in terms of popularity so it rare someone would recongzie a boxer and espically if someone is not a champion and just a contender.
but try this with a rapper or NBA star.
but cant really tell
I don't think it really has to do with the sport, I've also had the privilege of meeting some popular world champs who were/are also very very humble. Many of these come from poor upbringings and they just keep being themselves.
I met Paul today, real humble kid, he was walking around by himself. I asked him if it was true he hid bricks in his gloves and he cracked up and told nah no need for that. Guy looks like a tall lanky high school kid, good luck to him.

i though Margarito was really big for Welter but he is just big and normal size for Jr Middle Weight
oh, yeah is is little tall for welter but he isnt huge like everyone was saying.Depends on their frame also(Lacy) I think Margarito has a medium frame.
that means Margarito is tall WW and normal size Super WW.
so it okay size to fight a WW and there is no law stopping him and he doesnt have problem with it
can you say this in English?
I met Margarito at the Vasquez-Marquez fight and he is 5'9 or 10" tops. Paul looks like a legit 6'2.

i can't wait for this fight, this is another guy that just wants to get involved and wants a shot at a title which i think IMO he is not ready yet, but let mr. williams take his shot, we can say he has a chance against margarito (height and reach advantage that's about it)
this will be a good fight. I know I'm probably in the minority, but I thought Santos was winning that last fight against Margarito so maybe he will have problems with the bigger Williams.
^^^ahhh Bishop2006 I see you agree that Santos gave him problems. Cool
I give props to Margarito for fighting Williams, but he is going to get bruised and battered for 12 rounds. Margarito can't beat someone his size or bigger than him...
Yeh he couldent work out Daniel Santos,he had serious trouble against him,and Daniel was a southpaw like Paul, but Paul is 6'1 and his reach is 82,longer then Muhammad Ali LOL this guys a freak,i think hes gna batter Tony for 12 rounds,i dont see experience a factor,Tony hasnt shown too much,he was getting fucked up by Clottey until he messed his hand up
