Klitschko-Austin set!

I haven't seen the fight, but I heard that he put up a very impressive fight with Ibragimov it was everything but impressive, he got knocked down and outboxed in the early rounds, and being such an active fighter that Ibragimov is he unloaded mostly everything in the first few rounds and was clearly gassing out in the later rounds and got caught by Austin, another thing that I want to say is Ibragimov has a big problem with movement because he crosses his feet when he moves left causing him to loose balance when he gets tagged even with a small punch. I dont even want to start talking about Austin, the guy has no skill whatsover, he might have a bit of a punch but has no chin and his balance and movement is horrible, he weill get blown away by Wlad...

I only trust boxrec...thats why I'm so smrt. I've been hoping for a hw unification, but I doubt it will happen. :rofl: :lol1:

Fight news is pretty good.. they don't through too much "rumors" out.. and when they say "it's set" it's set I only trust boxrec...thats why I'm so smrt. Glad to see, the HW Champs are taking real challenges ...... You can't blame Wlad, he and Maskaev both wanted a unification bout, but the sanctioning bodies have once again stepped in to keep that from happening. At least Wlad will be clear of any more "top" contendors for a year, so there is some hope for a Unification bout later in the year.

It was far from Impressive IMO......Sultan looked like shit.I don't know maybe I could be wrong but I have seen Austin fight like 3 times and I don't understand how the guy is still even a pro fighter.......he is horrible,plodding and slow.

IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko will face mandatory challenger Ray Austin on March 10 at the SAP-Arena in Mannheim, Germany. It'll be Klitschko's second title defense, while Austin will get his first shot at a major world title. A press conference will be held at the SAP-Arena on Tuesday. Klitschko, Austin and his promoter Don King will attend. I know its not the fight most people want to see but it is a mandatory and Wlad just faught In Novemeber so this will be his second defense 4 months after he faught Brock and got cut in the fight, Im thinking we will get to see Wlad fight 3 times this year and one of them will sure be a unification bout. Great news that Klitschko intends to fight so soon. Three in the year probably won't happen, but July/August and Novemeber/December bouts would be great. Peter will come after him, and Brewster should be back.
