Mc Girt is good trainer, he just spread to thin to help anyone at this point, he will need to do what Freddie did, and concentrate on 2 or 3 max....
Excellent point Orishaman :fing02:
mcgirt is just spread thin, he has too many people to tend too properly. he needs to have just a few fighters no more than four and be fine once he didicates more time to the fighter.
His fighters havent been listening to him, bu I agree he has been overrated these last couple years. I think the fighters like him because he gets along with them.
yeah he needs to put forth his effort in his main 2 or 3 guys then build up his abilitys hes new at this! ... its amazing hes already done what hes done with the fighters hes got ...i mean buddy was an awesome boxer but if i was a tarver or a gatti i wouldnt just go to him because of his carear cause it wasnt THAT great to sacrafice anything on know what i mean?
but for him to have the stable he has so fast he must be doing stuff right
but like what orish said ...hes stretched way to far thin
yea he had a horrible year.
Tarver was his biggest loss IMO. His guy was favored pretty heavily.
But i like him. Half because he's the man and half because he is very good at what he does. Turned a brawler into a fairly decent boxer. thats not easy

he sucks all hype no help to his fighters he is just cashing checks
You know, I've never liked McGirt. Why? Because, from what I have seen, he blows far too much smoke up his fighter's asses. "You're doing great, champ." Is his #1 line. Even when they are doing everything BUT great.
