People are build diffirent ways, some are naturally slow or fast. U can teach speed but not to all.
Example, Randy Suico, a Pinoy boxer. The first time i watched him was in USC last September. His facial expression looks like his sleepy. The way he moves is slow. Can u teach him speed? U can but it won't be as fast as Pacman or Pretty Boy. He will probably increase his speed by only 10 percent.
Look I run track and its not something you can teach someone. You can impart to them technique that will help lower time but you can't teach anyone to run 10.3 100.
That's ridiculous, off course you can build up your speed and so can power and it doesn't need to be boxing, with proper training you can do it as well as in track.
I think he is saying that he has a lot of muscles and seemingly should have slowed down some by now.
yes this is what I meant by the question as usually when you see a fighter making gains in muscle development their speed decreases
Also before the second Morales fight i read many article of Erik Morales doing weight training but nothing about the Pacman and i haven't never seen any footage of Manny doing weights
Maybe he doesn't do weights but its hard to believe with his muscle development.
thats stupid.. im sure you can develop speed?
just like how you can develop power.?
i never actually understood why ppl say, you either have it or you dont,
or shit like, your born a puncher..

You can't really build speed, you either have it or dont
