But Margarito is no Hearns. And Floyd embarrasingly avoided Margarito. Ray fought lanky hearns, and compact basher Hagler. Win, win. Floyd: lose, lose. However, I dont think the Margirito Hearns comparison is valid either. One, Margirito isnt within light years of Thomas Hearns in terms of any aspect of boxing. Hagler was a MIDDLEWEIGHT. Floyd started out at 130 and was at his best at 135 and maybe 140. I dont think Leonard or Hearns would knock Floyd out, Floyd is slick, fast and has great defense.
