taylor looked, slow, sloppy, crude as ever, and his gameplan sucked (jab, back up, and clinch or throw like ur having a seizure).
ouma showed that he doesnt belong at 160. hes got a good chin, and a lot of heart, but he looked slow and sloppy, too.
the ref never told them to stop boxing and back up. he just said "back up", giving ouma a chance to land a few harmless but cheap punches.
this fight was full of sloppy punching and clinching. the only thing this fight showed is that ouma isnt made for 160. taylor showed nothing new. hes still crude, sloppy, overrated, and doesnt hit as hard as people say.
this was probly the easiest prediction i have ever made when i said "taylor by UD". ouma's not a dangerous fighter, much less a danger to a large MW. god forbid taylor actually get matched up with a real threat, some1 who actually brawl (at 160).
P.S. i scored the fight 118-109. gave rounds 2 and 3 to ouma based on activity.
I thought Taylor won every round fairly easily.
Ouma really landed nothing significant and had his wig snapped at least 3-4 good times in every round, most rounds 7-8 times. Ouma caused Taylor to look sloppy and awkward by just rushing in, but never really landed anything significant in the whole fight and ate constant power punches for his efforts.
Ouma is tough to look good against, even tougher to outwork, and even tougher still to shutout. Taylor accomplished the toughest 2 of the 3. Job well done.
jermain who?
jermain taylor put on a HORRIBLE performance as soon as he fights a real contender who can punch it will be all she wrote i thought he should of did wayyyy better all and all he won but in my opinion sucks and is highly overrated
I thought Ouma won a couple of rounds. Taylor really looked tired. I think if he stopped swinging for the fences and make his punches more compact he wouldn't get tired so quick. By the 7th or 8th I knew he was fatigued.

thats some good ass scoring. I can't beleive Ouma won 5 rounds in that fight. Ouma is a small ass guy though. His body is made for light middleweight to Middleweight. But at Middleweight he doesn't have natural Middleweight power and doesn't have that much height.
