Ref to JMM " Your winning the fight"

There was nothing fishy about it. Jaca was not in this fight. Some of you are making it sound like it was that close. Jaca got rocked with a sick combo and he was out.

Ref shouldn't have done that, good thing marquez kept going and knocked him out to clear things up. no contraversy here.

how the fuck did the ref know that jmm was winning the fight at the time the doctor was checkin his cut? yeah what was up with that, everyone got all crazy when Jay Nady said it was an honor to ref one of Floyds fights which was nothing. but they should be upset with Cole in telling Marquez that he was ahead insinuating or trying to persuade Marquez to quit! that was bullshit, people should be exploding more over this than what Nady said. at least Nady did it before the fight and not during the fucking action! Nady didn't try and have the fight stopped and didn't show any bias inside the ring, i think Cole was showing some kind of bias there, although Cole did say about Jaca that he can't take a point away from accidental head butts that Jaca wasn't doing it on purpose. that was fair, but telling old boy that he is ahead on the cards and that it was an accidental clash, that is bullshit, that and right before he said that he asked how his english was? WTF!" how is your english? you're ahead on the cards." Marquez is the man, i bet he knew what Cole was saying, he knows broken english and knows the situation, i give Marquez mad credit for sticking to his guns and going out to fight some more like a true Warrior. i don't know what the fuck that was about, but that would be a legitimate gripe, the ref giving the heads up on the scores and giving advise so to speak, verses someone giving respect(Nady in Floyds locker room). i have nothing against Cole as a ref but i thought that what he did was uncalled for and unprofessional, other than he is looking out for the fighters health, but his corner and the doctor are there for that as well, it's his corner who is to give advise not the ref!

holy shit - you're right, that is emmile. he still has those really wide shoulders that he was known for. Yeah, he's funny. Lawrence Cole has a LONG history of questionable, reprehensible actions as a referee. Remember, this is the guy who ruled a knockdown against Pacquiao i the first round against Barrera. It's interesting that Cole knew that and the judges had all given every round to Marquez, even when Marquez should've been ruled down in the second. I believe the word is collusion? I'm surprised they didn't take any points away from Frankie Randall, I mean Jimrex Jaca. whos that in ur sig again

is this site a bunch of morons? the scores are always announced from now on at the end of the 4th and 8th rounds... Was it a WBC fight? Cause if I remember clearly, it's only fights under the WBC rules that allow that. So in that case, if it wasn't, your the moron my friend. Now as far as this Laurence Cole ass goes. He's the same ref that ruled a clear slip in the 1st round with Manny against Barrera. He then ruled what looked like a clear uppcut that dropped Barrera in the 6th, a slip. He's clearly a terrible referee, and doesn't know wtf he's doing. I guess that's what happens when your father is of high status or something in the boxing world. JMM was obviously upset about the fight possibly being stopped, so he said something (in a language JMM hardly understands) to calm him down a bit. ANd to say the ref was paid is a joke! lol He was paid to tell JMM that he was ahead on cards if he got cut? lol That was some VERY even refereeing, the only bad spot was when he seperated the fighters for no reason. BUT THAT WAS IN JACA's Favor because he may have been hurt. lol .....yeah, I agree with you. Some of these fools are just looking for excuses to act stupid.
