Ok time to forget about the race card and nationality. Lets give some respect to a few fighters who deserve it.
PacMan - You know a year or 2 ago I thought you were a 1d fighter who would get KTFO against someone who used skill against you. The problem is, everytime you get hit you get pissed off and knock the person out. Kudos to you for taking on solid opp and winning. IMO he is the most exciting fighter in boxing right now.
PBF - Well everyone knew you would make Baldi look stupid. I give you a ton of credit for stepping up and going to fight De La Hoya. This is a risky fight nomatter about the ring rust from Oscar. Oscar knows how to fight, comes prepared and does well.
Klit - I still think you have the most suspect chin in the HW division, but I don't think there is a heavyweight that can take your blows. Nice job on wanting to get out there and fight the other "Champs". For Boxing to be something people want to read/talk about, we need a HW champ.
De La Hoya - You have more money than you need (You can send me a check if you want) but you have decided to step in and fight the #1 pfp guy out there. That takes balls. Come prepared and I think Floyd just may get his feelings hurt.
Please feel free to add any fighters who you think deserve some credit. Please leave out Mexican Fighter, UK Fighter, Black Fighter, etc.. Can we leave race alone and talk about accomplishments.
manfredo could be a tune up fight before kessler. manfredo is tough, but i think kessler would fuck him up.
after seeing kessler destroy beyer, i think he deserves some credit. that punch was awesome to watch, i could almost feel beyer's pain
So what was Sakio Bika????????
Beyer is useless and Kessler is average.
Manfredo fight is to increase Calzaghe's clamour Stateside and set up the Taylor fight in the summer.
Carl Froch will be fighting Mikkel Kessler next summer and says he'll knock him clean out, and means it too.
in other words, u're saying " if kessler wasn't a boxer he'd be a bouncer in the west end, with 3 kids from 3 different women "
do u think calzone will beat taylor?
Calzaghe is a great heart fighter in the Arturo Gatti/Jake LaMotta mould, but also has flashes of excellence in the Sugar Ray Robinson mould!
"It sounds funny, but I was actually running mountains before Rocky IV!".
That's impressive :)
probably because the italian in him and not the british part :D

Kessler is no Jeff Lacy he is techincal very good too. I dont think Fronch could KO him it will be the opposite.
The only fight that make sense for both Kessler and Calzaghe is with each other right now

I disagree.
After Lacy he said he was going to make some big fights.
Instead, he fought Bika and is fighting Manfredo and seemingly ducking Kessler, unless there are stipulations i am unaware of.
He is doing the opposite of facing good opposition.

yeah JT for sure before he was 28 years old he defeated the pound for pound king twice also unified the titles in a division
fought teh hardest fighter to fight in boxing and fought to a competitive draw.
HAs NEVER been dominated or made look like his age.
not to discredit him but Bernard Hopkins unified the titles. He did it by KO'ing Mercado for the IBF, the WBC from Holmes, the WBA from Trinidad, and the WBO from De La Hoya.
Jermain Taylor- Fights the best at a young age and regardless of the results, keeps making big fights. Lots of credit for that.
Winky Wright- even though he isnt exciting, he is a great fighter and is always making big fights against tough opposition.
Shannon Briggs- Isnt the greatest fighter, but is making big fights and is attempting (seemingly) to unfiy or make steps towards unification.
Carlos Baldomir- Won the two biggest fights of his life and then took on the best fighter in the world. He also steps up and fights great competition knowing theres a good chance he will lose.
Calzaghe is a great heart fighter in the Arturo Gatti/Jake LaMotta mould, but also has flashes of excellence in the Sugar Ray Robinson mould!

I'd say alot of credit is due to Joe Calzaghe. He's been the WBO super middle weight champion since 97, has defended the title 19 times, and is undefeated. He also has a 'blood n guts' boxer mentality and is pretty well spoken.

Joe Calzaghe.
I know the Lacy thing is old and a lot of people thought Jeff was too green...etc. But he deserves more respect in the US. He's a machine.
We'll see how much a machine he is after his next fight. I'm interested to see how he comes back after being dominated and punished in his last fight. I really don't know what to expect from Lacy.
Jermain Taylor-Now here's a good boxer. Taking on a some of the hardest opposition. Whether you think he's good or not, you have to give him respect. How many people can say that they fought against Bernard and Winky and did ok.
Mayweather-As much as I hate this dude I must admit that he has the greatest skill in all of boxing right now. There's too many haters not appreciating his talent. Props for him taking on Oscar even though he's past his prime. Oscar is still the bigger opponent, and with enough focus he can give Mayweather a tough fight.
Joe Calzaghe.
