Some years back, I was hoping for a fight between Pac and Harrison at Feather. That was after Pac-JMM. I was also hoping the fight was to be held in London. Now Pacquiao is in a 7-fight contract with Golden Boy Promotions which reportedly stipulates at least one fight of those 7 to be held in Pacquiao's native Philippines. I hope another one of those seven will be in England. If Alex Arthur keeps his winning ways he can be primed for that, or, Harrison may move up to Jr. Light, if and when he fixes his issues. These thoughts are spawned by the idea that British fans should be afforded the chance to watch "live" one of the most exciting fighters today go up against one of their best. Moreover, a Pacquiao fight in England shall afford British fighters the opportunity to get into the limelight on the world stage. It shall also make World Championships truly championships of most of the world.England may not rule the waves anymore, but the British Commonwealth occupies a very significant part of the globe and is a good market. If thats the case, why make a shoot with Kobe?He doesnt need Kobe to make him popular in the Philippines...He is a god over there... From what I heard, the shoot was also supposed to feature Woods and Sharapova.It was said Nike was trying to arrange a sked for its stars to do one commercial showing the Shoe Company's worldwide reach, showcasing different personalities from different countries.Thats why PAC was included. ;P
