What the fuck is this getting on the bike shit? Using the ring and your feet is part of the art of boxing. He's not really running away he's trying to make his opponents come to him, which they usually do. A lot of boxers dance Ali did it, what makes it different? I also know that boxers tend to move around the ring when they are in trouble, I think it's a smart move if you're dazed. You're not supposed to stand there and take unecessary punishment.
