i hate to agree with you, but thats the first thing that i said, its not about how strong he is but he he gonna be hable to move that mass around haha that's what i thought. how long do you think he is gonna be able to keep those oversized arms up? shit, i'm anxious just to see how fast he can flip a jab with all that bulk. he better be very relaxed and very limited with his action when he can afford to be. otherwise, i can see him getting physically tired in less than 8 rounds. lyakhovich looks very formed but not over built. from looks alone, he looks to be in great shape for this fight. i am excited for this fight! hell yeah! :boxing:

i wish everyone would stop saying briggs is on roids, i mean cmon unless you can substantiate that claim you may as well knock it off.... he has to pass the tests like everyone else, if he is on roids we will know soon enough, so why bother talking about it now?

Briggs SUCKS. All he has is solid power due to his strength and weight over anything else, and a strong physique. As a boxer he is really terrible. Why anyone would throw away any money on Briggs is beyond me. It's not even like he came to fight in great shape or anything. If he weighed 235 or 240 or so I'd say...well first I'd say "good, he's off the roids", but then I'd say "well maybe he'll last a few rounds now". Reading his weight, and seeing how awful he looked in training in that video clip that was posted, I am changing my prediction to four rounds. Sergei will be the one to blast Shannon out early. Sergei TKO's Briggs in 4. I agree. all this crap about him having such a good chance early on is ridiculous. he has some power but its never been effective against top 20 guys and I dont see any reason why it would now that he;s older and 40 lbs heavier than his prime weight. should be a pretty easy win for serge. And as I look at this i get this creepy, sinking feeling that Briggs will stop him in 2 or 3 rounds..... wish you'd predict that so you'd lose your #1 spot in the league...

Briggs has always had a good physique; even we he weighed 230lbs. In the Brewster fight the White Wolf showed he can take a helluva shot. Briggs has his work cut out for him. I can see Sergei getting stunned or going down early but stopping Briggs as the fight progresses.

I wonder if the WBO or the Arizona state athletic commission is going to force Briggs to shave his goatee. His goatee at it's current length can serve as a cushion for blows to the chin.

Can't wait for this fight. Sergei still has the cust under his right eye though, that kind of bothers me.

I am looking forward to this fight. Hopefully it turns into a good one.
