I can't remember the last time I've seen a live boxing exhibition. Do the fighters only 'act' as if they're fighting? In other words do they pull their punches and fake knockdowns etc?
I've seen footage of Ali competing in an exhibition match against a Japanese wrestler and it was a joke. Is Tyson's exhibition on Friday going to be like that or will it be a real fight that is simply shorter?
Like an earlier poster stated, this is a "gloried sparring session." But, there's always the "what if " factor with Tyson and you could be in for something you never expected.
I'm still deciding whether I should buy this or not. Anyone know who's on the undercard?

This is an old Louis knocking out Pat Valentino in an exhibition. They can get just as brutal as a real match, and knockouts do occur, but the result does not add or detract from either fighter's pro record.
Do you know this for sure? I couldn't find anything on the website in the pay-per-view events section about it, but there's something about the JM Marquez PPV...
I ordered it over the phone...
If Tyson can get the W against T-Rex he may be right back in the title hunt, right?
T-Rex iced Oleg and Oleg is a grand champion...oh boy this is gonna be great!
Isnt it?
Yes he could rematch Holyfield when he again becomes the champ.
