A champ like Oscar? Funny. Oscar never defeated anyone he should of to make him great. He was america's so called golden boy because he won the olympic gold that was it. Against Tito, loss. Against Shane, loss. Against B-hop, loss. Against Floyd, he is about to get his ass kicked. He defeated Ike Quartey, John John Molina, Julio Cesar Chavez, Fernando Varga, Pernell Whitaker, Arturo Gatti, Camacho etc. If you knew about boxing from back then, then you would see that these were from good to real tough opponents. When He was coming into the welterweight devision he chose to fight one of the toughest welterweights at that time witch was Pernell Whitaker. Anyway people just hate on him because hes accomplished way more than PBF and pinoys hate on him because their fighter will never get as much grip as him! Don't hate, apreciate!
