I don't.
Collazo schooled Hatton in my opinion after Hatton's aggression got winded a little midway through the fight.
People make excuses like "Hatton has difficulties with southpaws" as if it were a legit thing to say. They also say, it was Hatton's first time at 147lbs. So what? He's a heavy guy and he's been fighting 140lbs throughout.
Mayweather does everything else better than Collazo in my opinion.
and the fact that Hatton has said before "I want Mayweather really this year in MSG" and all of a sudden got quiet after the Collazo fight tells me he fears Floyd boxing prowess now.
o yea, and look at Hatton's recent pic now. Look like he don't take this seriously.
:boxing:
**Hatton is fighting a tough 25 yr old Columbian who is undefeated with a 72% KO ratio.
Floyd is fighting a 35 yr old journeyman who has 9 losses and a 12% KO ratio.
urango got a gift in his last fight, he is flat footed and not a very good fighter. Hatton cant prove anything by beating him. in fact it will be so sad to see him land a lucky shot that takes ot hatton cause he isnt really good.
Hey, I like Ricky and all, but why do people say that he needed to 'pack on' weight when he moved up to Welterweight? I couldve sworn he cut weight to begin with.
But I have no problem with saying that going up to a new weight class changes a fighter a lot, especially when theyve been fighting their whole life at a lower/different one. That makes perfect sense.
I think Hatton has the best chance against Floyd in the Welterweight division, Hatton would have to smother him like no one before, but Floyd made it through Castillo so you cant really say its nothing new completely new to him...Id like to see this fight happen regardless.
How much does Hatton usually weigh naturally? You cant 'pack on' weight if you have to cut to get there...
i totally agree with you on that. How can you say he packed on weight when he came into the fight havier than he was on weigh in day. look at PBF, he comes in at the same weight as he is on weigh in day somtimes even less.

OMG! You just lose all credibilty. You mean to tell me that the guy Hatton is fighting is more dangerous/proven than Baldmoir? :lol1:
Urango is a unknon and unproven/nobody. Baldomir beat Judah and Gatti decisivley. Losses don't matter on his record. Pls, your Hatton devotion is out of control.
exactly. And look who Hatton is fighting next.

your pathetic, just look at his career as a whole and see who he has beat. what can the man do when he goes after fights like hatton, mosley, and oscar and they turn him down? and now he's fighting the 147 lb. champ and marg don't deserve a shot so please don't reply that bullshit.
exactly. And look who Hatton is fighting next.
Who let out the pipsqueaks? The only fight over the past 4 yrs Floyd dominated was Gatti.
You Floyd pipsqueaks always conveniently forget that Floyd thinks he's a p4p great, but he's been passing on the big fights of his era the past 3 yrs. I can excuse some boxing and managerial politics, but the fact is he just ain't got the mentality to be really great. He might make it into the 50 alltime greats, might being the operative word. Roy Jones ain't gonna make it, and he dominated his era far more than Floyd.

Squeaking? lol are you talking about the first fight? what about the rematch where floyd clearly beat castillo huh? yea you going to ignored that. He turn down 8 million to fight margarito and right now he's going get more then 8 million to fight the real legit champion. Atleast floyd next fight is against a real champion at 147 pounds while hatton next fight is who again? lol yea.

Hatton has stepped out of the PBF que when he went back down to 140lbs. These two guys wont fight for anything meaningful. However they might fight a few years down the road when one or both are well over the hill with a couple of losses and they want cash in on this would've been fight.
Fact is Tzu/Hatton opend our eyes to Hatton but it also created many questions. Hatton has not fought the level of competition that would answer these and beating Urango does nothing for him either.
Fact is that in leaving the WW division Hatton has decided to not fight the best fighters of his era even though they are only 1 division up. The only redemable quality of Hattons retreat back down in weight is the Castillo fight which could be a significant win for Hatton and a gold star on his resume, however the rest of the division leaves much to be desired.
To be truly remembered, IF Hatton defeats Castillo he will have to move back up to WW and fight some of those other gold stars.
I was referring to the offer to fight this November. You don't think that preparing for a court case and being in court would disrupt your preparation? Please...it would have come smack bang in the middle of his camp.
You want to fight the undisputed champ, you go to him or pay for the privilege of having him come to you.
Floyd never gives the full story, he just tries to play the big man.
I think preparing for a court case would affect training, but it's been done before. alot of fighters have fought thru adversity. And like I said, the seriousness of the court system and everything didn't prevent him from trying to make other fights. And what is ricky the undisputed champ of? last time i checked he gave up his 147 belt and was going back down to fight for his old 140 belt, that don't sound like undisputed. hatton is a tier below floyd, hatton should be beggin for a fight and trying to make the fight happen for himself, to help him reach that legendary status. the fact of the matter is that he is a lil intimidated and just not that good to be considered legendary.
Can you say "Brusseles"? The Urango fight is dogshit though, I'll give you that.
The brusseles fight was when? lol stop living in the stupid past. The bottomline is this hatton next fight is facing who? and floyd next fight is a stronger true welterweight with a real legit title.
** Floyd ain't done squat since squeaking by Castillo. Castillo may have ruined him.
He turned down the biggest payday of his career against Margarito, and he hasn't lobbied for the best 140 lbers, Hatton or Cotto. Like I stated, he's lost steam, plus he's become a boring fighter that won't step up to a big challenge anymore. A headcase, Zab, gave him almost more than he could handle. All can say is he better have his head screwed on against Baldo.

all I know is that Hatton GOT QUIET ALL OF A SUUDEN. I don't know when he got quiet. After Mayweather whooped Gatti or Judah OR when Collazo schooled him. But I know Hatton isn't even thinking Mayweather right now. Good for him because Floyd would school him.
hatton wasnt facing jail time, what does that have to do with him taking on a fight. didn't he fight Maussa around that time? didn't he fight Collazo on short notice at 147? Collazo was supposedly the real deal like floyd right? So what does that got to do with Floyd going to 147, sounds like an excuse. Also floyd was looking at jail when he was trying to get afight with Gatti, sounds like another excuse. And he aint fighting in England, u want to fight and beat the best, u got to come to the best.

That's because Floyd keeps moving the goal posts. First he'll fight in England, then he won't. Then he runs to 147. Then he offers a fight 3 weeks after Hatton's due in court with Warren..........blah, blah, fucking blah. Believe all the shit that comes out if his mouth if you want, I really don't care.

And everyone keeps saying hatton had to put on weight and muscle for 147, thats why he didn't look that good. based on that logic, u would think that would give floyd even more props. the guy has put on 17 lbs over the years. he came from 130 lbs, somewhere hatton has always been to big or fat to see. he's now fighting and beating 147 lbers with ease. Guys who are ranked higher and accomplished more than collazo, he is beating with outstanding performances. if the weight gain had a negative effect on Hatton(who is a bigger man), shouldn't it have had an even greater effect on floyd.

just like we believe everything that comes out of your mouth. get out of here you fucking hater. hatton needs to man up and just say he don't want to fight floyd instead of saying next year.
your right hatton fights better competition just look at his next fight what's his name urango:ugh:
