I keep trying to defend my, as well as Max Kellerman's point. I stated before Arce's last fight....when Max made it clear.....that Arce is the biggest boxing star in Mexico. People don't understand, that he's a star moreso because of his stint on the Big Brother Mexico reality show. He transcended the two media cultures, because of his charisma. Only because of word of mouth from people who live next to me: 2 miles from the Mexican Border in RGV Texas. Boxing = Arce and nobody even thinks about M.A.B. anymore. Arce by late ko. I'm not sold on Darchinyan's one handed approach to a fight. That left hand is always cocked, ready to fire, while the right hand is there to complete him as human being and nothing more. Vic has not tasted someone of Arce's caliber and ferocity. He could kd Arce but Arce will finish him off late.

This fight is a toss-up. Vic certainly has the edge in power but Arce can easily outpace that by smothering him with non-stop punches, never let Vic set-up always putting him off-balance. Of course this type of gameplan requires a ton of stamina, an iron chin and a big heart. The same goes for Vic.

Arce by KO (Vic) Arce by Dec in a badass fight. I think he'd floor Darchinyan a couple of times, but the Raging bull is a total badass man. I used to think he'd land a power punch, and put Arce out.....but at this point in time, Arce is impressive. He'll beat Darchinyan like a red headed stepchild.
