Who wins this fight? maybe a stay busy fight for Williams while Margarito fights Clottey in december, and Harris coming off a win against a faded stevie johnston could boost his name up a bit with a solid win over Williams
harris can make 147, but it isnt a fight that he should be looking for or even take at this moment, or even at all. i think IF harris and williams fought, williams would out work and swarm harris. unless harris can hurt williams with a over hand right or a clean left hook, williams is going to outwork and easily beat harris.
harris can't hang with a fast pace and a high volume of punches................
it would be an interesting fight though.....
It makes sense because there is no one of star power at 140. You have what Urango, Hatton, Cotto (who is moving up to 147) and a few others I am aware of but cannot think now.
And Paul williams is a bonified C-O-N-T-E-N-D-E-R!!!!! Get real, a win over Mitchell propells his status plus the 2 fights on HBO.
Star power means money. And there's no money or title in him moving up to Welterweight to fight a huge hungry young welter.
All risk, no reward.
Harris is looking for a title shot at 140, not to move up to 47.
Just look at what Maussa did to Harris.
Harris has his work cut our for him at 140, nevermind thinking of a move to Welter.
Yup, thats one of the fights that popped into my mind when I thought of this match up.
He's had 2 "tuneups" since. Shut your hole..it makes alot of sense for him.
Tune ups to get back into the picture at 140, not to move to 147 to fight a prospect.
Makes no sense any way you look at it.
Apparently he makes Welter very easilly.
He weighed in at 146.5 on his first attempt in that last fight. Won't be long before he's at 154 as he matures, but for the time being he says he has little trouble with the Welterweight limit.
wow. i dont understand it. hes a freak. lol. like hearns
williams KO's him within 5 if its at 147. if its at 140, its a bit different, but williams would never make that weight, i dont understand how he can even make 147

More than you've had in your life Vanilla Ice.
Score any phone numbers lately? Or is the advice you seek in the lounge not helping?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA damn you are sarcastic as hell and funny, Bozo.
Williams KO's him within 8.

Just say the words and I'm here for you. Just tell the whole world you are depressed and you will feel a million times better.
First step is admitting...
I hear following around those you dislike like a stalking troll is a good cure.
What works better? That, or dressing up and playing wigger?
Once again, you go out of your way to troll after me in the boxing forum. You couldn't be anymore sad and see through.
Damn homie, I'm here for you. Just admit that you are depressed and we can get through this.
Says the little 17 year old ex gas pumper who lives to stalk and troll after me.
It's pretty sad when your trolling sees you jumping in on me 2 mintues after I post. But when you're a little screech look alike wanna be thug, it's no suprize you have nothing better to do.
That's cool. Get any pussy lately?

Not a fiesable fight.
Harris is at 140, Williams 147.
Doesn't make sense for either of them.
