Thaxton wins KO 7. ONLY JOKIN!! yeah fuck knows why he's gettin a shot at Freitas in all honesty, but he's an honest fighter who's comin off a great win over an undefeated fighter from Spain, so let's see. As has been said above, a tune up methinks

It's a stay busy fight for him. He needs to step it up; not every set of judges is going to gift him like the last trio did...

no clue really i don't think freitas wants any part of corrales again and diaz may make hinm age prematurely I agree. Will never see a Popo vs Chico rematch thats for sure. I give Freitas a good chance at beating baby bull but Freitas chin is shaky and a volume puncher like Diaz who throws lighting straight crisp combinations could certainly put him away.

Thaxton's an exciting European level fighter with decent power. He'll get outclassed but it should be a good fight. Thaxton's fight with a young Hatton was a bloodbath. He's been a model pro and he's put on lots of entertaining fights so I'm pleased he's got a shot. I'm not entirely sure how he's earned it though.
