i like the idea of open scoring until the final two or three rounds, that way there is still that suspense but the fighters and fans have some sort of idea of what the judges are seeing. i think that would make for exciting finishes. i know if i were down 2 or three rounds with 3 to go, id go for broke. i think some fighters coast the final rounds because there is no way in there minds they are losing the fight and it comes back to haunt them.

I would mandate only one world title for each weight class and I would elminate the cruiser divison, 190+ would be considered HW. I would allow PPV, but for only selected world title fights. I would also force mandatory medical screens and drug tests and I would also not sanction any card that doesnt preform medical evaluations and pre and post fight drug screens on the fighters on the card.

Fuse the WBO and WBC. Then fuse the WBA and IBF. Kill PPV. From rounds 1-7, the judges would show their scorecards to the commentators. The scores would then be shown to the veiwers at home. Free Ice Cream.
