at 154, who can beat Forrest/Ike

winky's at 160 but if he does go to 154 I would say that winky has the slight edge but I wuold not count ouma winnign rounds with his punch output but i see ouma not landing any punches on winky coz hes defense is not easy to penetrate! is ouma ready for a title? spinks and ouma would be a great match-up

There are few people who can beat Ouma out there. Forrest and Quartey would not be able to beat them. Yea Quartey is one of my favorite fighters but at this point he couldn't handle the pressure that ouma presents him. Forrest would be fighting backwards the whole time and would have no time to think. he would have his scared face on and would not be able to do what he wants. Ouma would beat both guys Honestly I really cannot see Ouma losing to anyone at 154 except DLH how about winky!

I think Quartey would give Ouma a boxing lesson. I don't think so because Quartey likes to fight more than box and Ouma will definitely welcome that.

i think the reason Forrest is getting so much flack is because alot of people don't realize how good and tough to fight Ike really is. Ouma is a tough fighter, i just can't see him getting past either guy, nor do i think he could beat Spinks. The only guy i honestly think can beat forrest, moved up to Middle, and looking to go to SMW. (Wright)

if forrest left shoulder and left elbow were 100 percent he would probably be unbeatable by anybody including mayweather, i wonder what he is doing wrong in his training to keep reinjuring it. it been injured since the mosley fight

with Wright moving up to Middle and ODLH only fighting super fights, i don't think anyone else currently in th eDiv can beat either forrest or Ike. Although they have different styles, both are very effective, and both have ring smarts, to get past everyone there. What are your thoughts, who do you think can beat either of them. I can only give Spinks a small chance, thats it. I'd pick kassim Ouma over Forrest right now. I'd like to see Spinks/Quartey ( close fight and Quartey would get robbed again ) I'd also woudnt mind seeing a Mayorga/Forrest 3 on an undercard of a bigger fight. I'd take Forrest in that one.

Name a top fighter that Ouma has beaten. Thats right no one. Whats with all this Ouma love. The guy was completely owned by Karmazin. He sucks. Once he gets his chance he will beat them. Karmazin has ran scared of a rematch ever since.

If Wright moves down he could beat them, but I think I'm just stating the obvious on that one. Spinks, Karmazin, or Ouma could all possibly beat them. Any of those three against either of Quartey or Forrest would be a pick'em fight in my books.

Ouma doesn't just rush in like Mayorga. He brings steady pressure behind a very consistent attack. Every fighter thinks they can keep Ouma off with punching power and they find out otherwise. Ouma would beat Forrest and Quartey the way he beats everyone else.

Quartey is a sharp puncher, but his power at 154 is not good enough to keep Ouma off of him. Rubio is probably the hardest puncher in the whole division. What did Ouma do with him? Ouma got blasted in the 1st round, got right back up and proceeded to kick Rubio's ass for the rest of the fight. Quartey has the skills but Ouma is just the fighter to make Quartey's past problems with late-fight stamina emerge again. The guys with the best shot of beating Ouma at 154 are Spinks, Karmazin, and Margarito if he fights at 154.
