I think Castillo is more experienced and will work on Hatton on the inside. Hatton is an outside boxer and Castillo will come foward as Hatton comes foward and work the inside. He will be giving Hatton some trouble and the way I see it, Castillo wears down Hatton for the first 6 rounds, then knocks him down. Hatton will survive but lose domination style to Castillo.
hatton by KO. the winner of this fight wins by KO, and i could see either fighter winning. Hopefully this fight lives up to all the hype. It has got FOTY written all over it.
I think castillo would KO hatton, hatton takes 2 many shots 2 d head and its startin 2 catch up with him, castillo works good on the inside so i think Castillo KO or UD
nice... good k for you...
Hatton will bully Castillo through out 12 rounds...
his clinching style will frustrate Castillo
Thanks, but I think Hatton can assert his bigger size without that clinching stuff. Also again I'm not sure how well that will fly over here with American Ref's. I don't think an American ref will allow as much of the clinching and hitting as we saw in the Tzu fight.
But either way, I just can't imagine any scenario in which this is not an exciting fight. Definitely a fight of the year possibilities here. I'm still upset with Castillo's failure to make weight and complete the Trilogy with Corrales but I'll still order the fight.
i dont know. i would love to see these guys fight. both of them are fun to watch and have action styles. there would be no pussy shit running away from eachother in this fight. they would beat on one another for twelve rounds with the fight ending in a split d.
i want hatton to win by suffocation....
*Hattons clinching style KO's Castillo
I dont see this happening, Castillo is very strong and good inside and also borderline dirty, I dont see Hatton getting away with holding and hitting in this fight without retaliation.
Overall I think Castillo is a more polished fighter and better defensive and possess the better beard. Offensively I think they are both fairly equal on the inside with Castillo being the better boxer when they have some distance. In terms of work rate I see Hatton having a nice advantage here with it becoming more apparent in the last 1/4 of the fight IF it goes that far. I also see Hatton as being the stronger of the two, not the bigger punch just the physically stronger which might help him wear Castillo out.
Overall, I will be betting on Castillo to win this fight though. I'm not sure if either can KO the other but I think it more likely that Castillo KO Hatton than Hatton KO Castillo.
I'd say Castillo by KO late in the fight. Although Hatton is a good fighter, but Castillo has much more ring experience verse top level comp. Honestly though, it could go either way. I want to see it.
I logged on just after waking up and somehow I was reading 'Cotto' instead of 'Castillo'. Sorry my eyes had not adjusted but disregard my vote (which was KO for Hatton).
He struggled against Collazo because he couldn't move.
Yeah, I was just not explicit, Hatton obviously under the guidance of Kayes bulked up which resulted in him tightening up and becoming less mobile and fluid. Obviously there were lots of factors in that fight not to mention that Collazo is a better fighter than he is given credit for but it was primarily bad planning by the Hatton camp that dictated the poor performance.
Against Castillo (Which I'm certain would be fought at 140) he would be back to his most comfortable fighting weightwith many lessons learnt and in my opinion he would stop Castillo mid to late fight!
Hatton out-boxes Castillo at 140.
Castillo dominates Hatton at 147 (because Kerry Kayes is a retard).
Agree with the Kerry Kayes comment but I feel Hatton struggled with the obviously bigger Collazo because he was a natural Welter, Castillo would be blown up and actually is naturally smaller than Hatton even though he walks around much heavier.
Hatton KO for me around the 8th round.
