McGirt tells his fighters the right advice, you cant blame the fighters for not listening to him. All of Mcgirts fighters are veterans pretty much and normally dont listen to a thing their trainers say and uses their experience...

McGirt sucks. Tarver beat Roy because he wanted it so bad, not because McGirt had a gameplan. McGirt has never coached anyone to an impressive win. He reshaped Gatti into a boxer and that's it.
