Wanna see RJJ training for Ajamu? Not lookin' bad

yeah he looks good, but i wish i saw more intensity. that session seems to be going at a slightly relaxed pace. It's normal to tone down the intensity the last week of a training camp. I wouldn't read too much into that, although Roy DID say he's not looking forward to making weight. Untouchable, try again. It works on and off.

i can't help but be alittle nervous for Roy looking at Ajamu's past victories by KO/TKO.. i'm rooting for him though

I'm only concerned about whether or not he really intends to quit. I mean, look at Evander Holyfield who just keeps going and going with no end in sight. Personally I was never a huge fan of RJJ but I always thought he was a nice guy and a tremendous athlete. I would hate to see him suffer from pugilistic dementia. Roy, win this one and call it a career! You're already a shoo-in for the HOF; there's nothing left to prove.
