Their list automatically loses any credibility because James Toney is a selection. A heavyweight can't be placed on a "P4P" list because they're the supreme weight.
Thats not true. The P4P ranking measures how good a fighter is compared to the other fighters in the weight class, also taking into consideration how good the weight class is. So if the heavyweight division had a lot of talent, and there was a clear and dominant champion, then he could be top ten P4P. This being said, there is no way James Toney qualifies, but a heavyweight could be on the list. A few years ago I though Lennox Lewis deserved to be on the list because he was soo much better than any other heavyweight.
As of July 3rd 'o6 From RIng Magazine...
1.Floyd Mayweather Jr
2.Winky Wright
3.Manny Pacquiao
4.Jermain Taylor
5.Bernard Hopkins
6.Marco Antonio Barrera
7.Rafael Marquez
8.Ricky Hatton
9.Jose Luis Castillo
10.Joe Calzaghe
i dont like a thing on that list past the first 3. Toney shouldnt be their, and hopkins is retired so he's out.
You could argue DLH being on their, but i dont like it.
Margarito, get him the fuck outta there, Ricky hatton should take his place
Calzaghe should be 7 or 8
Hatton and Marquez deserve to be there.

I (among others I know) have been trying to tell people this for ages.
And Tony top 10 p4p???
Are they serious????
Not even Ferocity can argue that one.
DLH is on there too.
What an awful list.
