But Carl has been calling out Calzaghe for YEARS, Frochy would of taken the fight YEARS ago. So what? Everybody who's anything has been calling out Calzaghe for years. Even though Calzaghe is objectively the biggest threat to anyone at SMW, he is also by far the most recognised name. Fighting him carries the opportunity of the far bigger reward. So perhaps with the exception of Ottke and Beyer (who actually had something to lose), I wouldn't be surpriced if every significant player at SMW has at one time or another called out Calzaghe. And even Beyer recently showed he was willing to face Calzaghe. The right price and place had already been agreed on. But Calzaghe wouldn't agree on a date that would allow Beyer to heal from his latest cuts. Anyway - Calling out Calzaghe means absolutely feck all. Only diff is that since Froch is british, the british press actually NOTICED this one.

Magee beat Lacy in the amateurs, and Lacy ducked Froch in Liverpool at the USA-vs-England meet (after seeing Froch KTFO Rubin Williams in 30 seconds) claiming a pussy injury. Anyway, eat shit. I hope this fight does happen, because just like Jeff Lacy, when Calzaghe has handed Carl Froch an almighty asswhooping, there'll be nothing that can be said other than random mumbling from a few embarrased looking faces on Frochs side of the room, just like what happened with that fat fuck Gary Shaw and all those nobheads from Lacys camp who all changed their tune and had to eat humble pie. Calzaghe will stop Froch in 5. All the shit Froch talks about Calzaghe, and then you look at Frochs record and think "Who has he fought who Calzaghe wouldn't stop in the first 2 round?". The gap in quality of Frochs list of victims and Calzaghe is too wide to comprehend. Hanging his hat on a KO victory of an over the hill Robin Reid victim says it all really. I get the impression someone else is going to be getting raped by Calzaghe in the not too distant future.

It's painful just thinking about what Calzaghe would do to him. I've never seen Froch throw more than 25 punches in a round and his defence is horrible.

I'm not a big fan of Carl Froch. He's no spring chicken, and all that arrogant cocky shit he talks about Calzaghe when he himself is knocking on the door of 30 and he's accomplished nothing of real importance, it makes him one of those fighters I watch just because I wanna see him get knocked out. He's now talking about fighting for the European title, maybe if he was early 20's that'd be a good path for him to take, but maybe at the age he's at he shouldn't beat around the bush, he should be going for a world title. It's funny when he talks all that shit about Calzaghe being over the hill etc, and Froch isn't exactly a young guy.

Bute may have a bright future ahead of him. But Froch is a couple of years OLDER than Kessler. Don't expect Froch to be dominant in any division any time.

Bute, Froch....fucking chill out with this future of the division shit...as far as Im concerned they are both young green fighters that look good beating up C level fighters. Settle the fuck down fellas-could one of them be the future? Sure but to call one a shit head and one the truth is just plain premature...something all of us have been a time or two in the bedroom-the ring appears to be not much different.
