ALL THE FIGTERS NOW WATCHED MIKE TYSON. EVERYBODY WANTED TO BE MIKE THEY WANTED TO JUST KNOCK PEOPLE OUT THEY FORGOT TO LEARN HOW TO BE BOXERS ALL THE GREATS WHER TAUGHT HOW TO BOX THEY HAD PLAN B & C WHAT YOUNG FIGHTERS DONT KNOW IS MIKE TYSON KNOCKED PEOPLE OUT COLD BUT AT ONE TIME HE KNEW HOW TO BOX.A LOT OF FIGHTERS ARE BEING EXPOSED BCAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO BOX SORRY JEFF LACY BUT HE IS EXIBIT A.WE ALL LOVE KNOCKOUTS BUT KNOCKOUTS ARE EASY, BOXING IS HARDER. MOST OF THE TIME ONLY C FIGHTERS ARE BEING KNOCKED OUT . I LOVE WHEN BOXERS TRY TO OUT SKILL ONEANOTHER OR OUT THINK ONE ANOTHER THINK OF ALL THE BIG FIGHTS OF THE PAST THEY WHERE CHESS MATCHES BOXING WAS ENTENDED TO BE A SPORT NOT A FISTFIGHT . WHY DO YOU THINK EMANUEL STEWART WAS BOUGHT IN FOR JERMAINS LOSS TO WINK BECAUSE IF THEY DIDNOT HE WOULD HAVE BEEN EXPOSED. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SEEN JERMAIN BEFORE YOU COULD SEE THE DIFFERENCE YOU COULD SEE HE WAS LEARNING ALL THE TRICKS & TRADES OF BOXING . IT IS A SWEETSCIENCE :boxing:
Oh come on! Holmes' loss to Tyson is just karma kicking Larry in the ass, for Larry beating on a shot Ali.
haha! you might be right...but you must admit...NOBODY every beat Larry like that...period...

Saying Iron Mike messed up boxing is just plain stupid. He helped boxing by bring his unique style to the ring and brought in more fans than any other boxer of our time. You had to adabpt to beat Tyson and for that I thank him.
i take myself.i know i could hit hard but i dont try to go for the k.o i try to work for it and not rush it cause once u rush it u become clumspy and get tired from tryin to hard
If they grew up watching Mike in the 80's that isn't a bad thing...Prime Tyson could FIGHT, not just brawl...He just hit so hard you didn't get to see too much of it. Ask Larry Holmes or Michael Spinks...
Not to mention any trainer with his salt can steer a "boxer" away from trying to brawl...
