What do you all think Lacy is gunna do

haha yeah fear i think a "redemption" fight for both fighters would be good tarver vs. lacy but i think lacy should move to light heavy for the fight because no way tarver can push it down to 168. Now, that would be a perfect idea!

Can't wait to see Lacy once more back in the ring been to alot off his bouts before the Calzaghe bout, Reid,OMar and co just stick him in their with a guy thats going to hold notnin back u can't stick him in their with a push over who is going in their for a beating from the first bell rings u cant do tht with Lacy, i think the Calzaghe beat down could really move Lacy up to the next level if dan birmingham works on his weaknesses which he has alot, he has got a great chance with that power behind him he just got to learn other aspect off the game its all about his power with lacy but again u always need a plan B when urr plan a dont wokr and with calzaghe tht showed.

Jeff will be back better than ever. hE will go back to basics, working behind a shotgun jab and picking his shots.He wont be doing no medicine ball throws or stupid shit in training, but working on technique more than conditioning now

Honestly I Think Lacy Is Gonna Come Back A Lot Stronger, I Think He Has Learned A Shotload From The Calzaghe Massacre And Becuz Of It Will Be A Lot Better Boxer And Not Just A Puncher, Also One Thing I Know About Jeff, And This Is Froma Guy Who Picked Calzaghe To Win Is That, He Has The Heart Of A Lion And Will Probley Ask For A Rematch With Joe Sometime Down The Line... I like the idea of him changing his style up a bit. Hes kind of like Taylor is in regards to winning on just pure athleticism. I really hope when he comes back hes more of a boxer/puncher. He has very good pop in his jab but does not use it nearly enough.I think his major flaw and problem will always be his footwork.He is just not quick on his feet he plodds along.He can get away with it because of his power if he just used his jab more and tightened up his defense.

He will fight Oct 7 the date is slated for him on Showtime.No opponent yet but alot of buzz locally has been concerning a Lacy/tarver fight but I think he should fight at least one tune-up before coming back against a guy like Tarver.Although Tarver looked like shit against Hopkins he is still a World Class fighter and could pose a big threat.I would like to see him come back against someone like Joey Spina whom he could KO the shit out of but is unbeaten and thinks he is a bad ass.Manfredo would be a nice opponent as well but I guess we have to wait and see. :boxing:

Lacy very well completly change styles... Kinda like Wright. I'm sure he will face someone that none of us are familiar with.
