Gotta be the Sosa fight simply because it was a year after Mayweather decisioned Sosa. Cotto dominated and knocked him out by the 4th round I believe. Can't be the Pinto fight because Pinto would outbox him for a whole round, then Cotto would knock him down or hurt him, erasing everything Pinto had done. But Pinto definitely proved he was a better boxer.

The Kelson Pinto win. Pinto had beaten him as an ameutor a couple of times and was undefeated as a pro when they fought. Cotto destroyed him. Pinto has not been managed well in his career. He has talent.

his best performance, his demolition of victoriano sosa. he hurt that boy BAAAAAAD.

His most impressive wins were against Victoriano Sosa, and Kelson Pinto. He also had a pretty impressive performances against Maussa(boxed him to death), and Ceballos. The Abdulaev fight showed that Cotto CAN fight moving back(unlike many believe), he boxed the hell out of Abdulaev, that fight to me showed his versatility.
